INITIAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS

§1.

INITIAL PROVISIONS

1. Pari-mutuel betting-booking via the Internet on lvbet.pl is organized by LV BET Zakłady Bukmacherskie spółka z o.o. (hereinafter: “Company”) with the registered office in Katowice, ul. Melchiora Wańkowicza 3, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under no. 0000534588, by the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, Commercial Law Division VIII of the National Court Register, NIP: 9542751776, REGON: 360297047. The company has a permit from the minister responsible for public finances to arrange betting and bookmaking via the Internet on the website lvbet.pl.
   
2. These Rules (hereinafter: “Rules”) have been drawn up in line with the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009 (hereinafter: “Act”) and they entered into force on the day they were approved by the competent minister for public finances. All pari-mutuel betting-booking organized via the Internet on lvbet.pl is subject to the principles specified in these Rules.
   
3. Pari-mutuel betting-booking via the Internet organized by the Company is available only on lvbet.pl, which may be displayed in various graphic forms, e.g. as m.lvbet.pl (lvbet.pl website with graphic design optimized for mobile devices) or highcontrast.lvbet.pl (lvbet.pl high-contrast website for visually impaired Clients), which all work as a single lvbet.pl website and are operated on lvbet.pl by the Company’s servers. Depending on a browser used by a client, the website may be displayed as https://lvbet.pl, www.lvbet.pl, secure://lvbet.pl etc.
   
4. Pari-mutuel betting-booking organized by the Company via the Internet on lvbet.pl may only be placed in relation to the events available on that website.
   
5. To open an LVkonto account, you have to accept these Rules.
   
6. Each Client has the right and obligation to read the provisions hereof and is obliged to observe them. Failure to read or understand these Rules does not make a bet void; when settling possible disputes resulting from betting, the fact that the client does not know the provisions of the Rules shall not be considered.
   
7. Before placing a bet, the Client may consult authorised employees of the Company on https://lvbet.pl/pomoc/ for clarification of the meaning of individual provisions hereof. Clarification received from the employees are of informative character only. Placing a bet means that the Client has acknowledged and accepted the principles stipulated in the Rules, regardless of how well they understood these principles. The Company shall not be held liable for Client’s mistakes resulting from a failure to read or understand the provisions of the Rules.
   
8. The Company reserves the right to refuse to enter into an agreement with the Client without stating any reasons.
   
9. The definitions below have been adopted for the purpose of these Rules:
   1. Company – LV BET Zakłady Bukmacherskie spółka z o.o. with the registered office in Katowice, ul. Melchiora Wańkowicza 3, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register with the no. 0000534588 by the District Court for Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, Commercial Law Division VIII of the National Court Register (KRS), NIP: 9542751776, REGON: 360297047;
      
   2. Rules – Rules of pari-mutuel betting-booking organized via the Internet on lvbet.pl by “LV BET Zakłady Bukmacherskie” spółka z o.o. with the registered office in Katowice, approved by the competent minister for public finances;
      
   3. Bet – a pari-mutuel bet-booking organized by the Company and made via the Internet on lvbet.pl
      
   4. Rules of Responsible Play – rules described in more detail in the separate Rules of Responsible Play approved by the competent minister for public finance, applicable to the Clients and the Company on lvbet.pl;
      
   5. Point of sale (POS)– a “brick-and-mortar” point of sale where the Company accepts pari-mutuel-booking bets – bookings, operating under a separate permit issued by the minister competent for public finances;
      
   6. Account – any account held for the Client by the payment services providers accepted by the Company referred to in Art. 4(2)(1)-(4), (6) and (9) of the Act of 19 August 2011 on payment services.
      
   7. LVKonto – Client’s profile created on lvbet.pl and be either temporary (after initial registration) or permanent (after full registration).

§2

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These Rules constitute the basis for pari-mutuel betting-booking via the Internet on lvbet.pl.
   
2. Only natural persons over the age of 18 who have successfully completed the registration procedure specified under §5 hereof and who make payments to the Company or out of the Company via payment services providers referred to under Art. 4(2)(1)-(4), (6) and (9) of the Act of 19 August 2011 on payment services can participate in online pari-mutuel betting-booking on lvbet.pl.
   
3. Bets on lvbet.pl are accepted only on the servers of the Company.
   
4. Bets may not be placed by individuals who are forbidden from participation in gambling under the Act of 6 June 1997 “Criminal Code” and individuals who are listed in §5(16) of the Rules and those who blocked their possibility of pari-mutuel betting-booking via the Internet on lvbet.pl on their own - in the blocking period pursuant to the Principles of Responsible Play.
   
5. Bets placed by unauthorised individuals will be voided by the Company.
   
6. Bets made in violation of the provisions hereof may be voided by the Company.
   
7. The Client has the right to close their LVkonto account without stating the reasons.
   
8. If the Client violates any provision hereof, the Company has the right to close the Client’s LVkonto account.
   
9. By accepting these Rules, the Client also consents to be provided services via electronic means and to have their personal data processed by the Company and stored in line with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 and other legal regulations.
   

§3.

PARTICIPATION IN BETTING

1. Pari-mutuel betting-booking includes bets for monetary or non-monetary prizes and it consists in guessing the occurrence of various events, including virtual ones, where participants pay stakes and the value of the winning payout depends on the proportion of the stake and the winning payout agreed between the Company and the party paying the stake.
   
2. The circumstances which define a win (in sports competition of people or animals, various social or political events etc.) may not be known to anyone beforehand.
   
3. A sports bet is a bet in which winning is determined by predicting the results of human or animal sports events (including the results of computer generated events relating to human or animal spors events), or by predicting other social or political events, events from entertainment programs (such as Mam Talent, Idol, etc.) as well as the results of selected simulated card games (listed in §8 point 11 of these Terms and Conditions) that are of interest to the Customers, provided that these bets are not contrary to moral or ethical principles (acts of war, violent events, private life, natural disasters, etc.).
   
4. The value of the winning payout depends on the proportion between the stake and the winning payout agreed between the Company and the party paying the stake.
   
5. The winning payout received by the Client is a result of the proportion between the stake and the winning payout agreed between the Company and the Client paying the stake, calculated as a product of an index, the paid stake, and the odds attributable to that bet, subject to the following provisions stipulated in §11 of these Rules.
   
6. A virtual event is understood as a computer-generated event concerning sports competition of people or animals.
   
7. The Company reserves the right to refrain from accepting bets on lvbet.pl from countries other than Poland.
   
8. The Company conducts actions related to counteracting gambling addiction according to separate procedures, observes the principles of responsible play and requires its Clients to observe the same; the Company also reserves the right to refrain from accepting bets from the Clients whom the Company suspects to be addicted to gambling.
   
9. The Client has the right to block on their own the possibility of taking part in betting on lvbet.pl website by changing the settings of their LVkonto account for a specified period of time, in particular if they believe that they are addicted to gambling.

§4.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY TO USE LVBET.PL.

1. The following are technical requirements for cooperation with the IT system:
   1. access to the Internet,
   2. a browser,
   3. an e-mail account.
2. When using an electronic service, you should:
   1. observe the rules of using the Internet safely,
   2. use anti-virus software and firewalls and update them regularly.
3. After logging in on lvbet.pl, electronic services are provided using the HTTPS protocol or a different safe Internet communication protocol.

§5.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

1. Bets on the lvbet.pl domain may be placed after the correct registration of the Customer, which may be full registration or initial registration. Initial registration allows the Customer to obtain a temporary LVkonto. Full registration, which includes verification of the Customer’s personal data, age, PESEL number, and in the case of persons without such number - date of birth, allows full functionality of the lvbet.pl website and obtaining a permanent LVkonto by the Customer (with the exception of a withdrawal order from a permanent LVkonto, the making of which is subject to the assignment to a permanent LVkonto of an account belonging to the Customer, as referred to in §1, piont 9, letter f of these Terms and Conditions).
2. A temporary LVKonto account is an account that the Client sets up during the initial registration procedure. Due to its temporary nature, there are limitations on the maximum stakes that can be used in betting. A total sum of all the stakes which can be used in betting via a temporary LVKonto account may not exceed 8000 zł (eight hundred thousand zlotys). No deposits, wins and other cash can be paid out of the temporary LVKonto account. Deposits, winning and other cash payouts are only possible after the temporary LVKonto account is changed into a permanent LVKonto account, i.e. after Client’s full registration. If you create a temporary LVKonto and do not complete full registration on lvbet.pl within 30 days from its creation, the temporary LVKonto is suspended after 30 days from its creation until full registration is completed and the status of a permanent LVKonto is obtained, with the above-mentioned the 30-day period starts from:
   1. on September 1, 2022 in relation to all temporary LVAccounts existing on lvbet.pl on that day,
   2. the date of opening the temporary LVKonto - after September 1, 2022.
3. In order to complete an initial registration and obtain a temporary LVKonto account, the Client has to fill in the initial registration form on lvbet.pl and provide the following real data:
   1. name and surname,
   2. PESEL no. (if the Client has it),
   3. date of birth and address of residence (of no PESEL no. has been provided),
   4. e-mail address,
   5. mobile telephone no.
4. In order to successfully complete full registration and obtain a permanent LVKonto account, the Client is obliged to:
   1. fill in the full registration form on lvbet.pl correctly,
   2. attach a scan or a photo of your identity card or passport on both sides to the form or authenticate yourself using the remote authentication services available on the lvbet.pl website, which enable such remote authentication, including age verification (“mojeID” web service) - in that case, without the need to send a scan or an image of your identity card,
   3. in the case of a foreigner, attach the passport, in each case with visible personal data and the number of the document,
   4. or visit any point of sale where full registration can be completed with the support of the staff.
5. The full-colour scan or photo of an ID card or a passport referred to above should include fields with the following data legible:
   1. first name and surname,
   2. date of birth,
   3. PESEL number (if included in the document),
   4. number of the ID card or passport,
   5. document expiry date.
6. Data other than listed in the preceding provision may be covered or crossed out by the Client. The Company reserves the right to refuse accepting a broken or damaged ID document sent for the purpose of the LVkonto account verification.
7. In the case of registration in a point of sale, the Client is obliged to present their ID card or a passport, or a passport in the case of a foreigner, in order to have their personal data and age verified by an employee of the point of sale and to enable entering the scan of such a document to the lvbet.pl system.
8. The Client is responsible for providing true and correct data to the Company during the registration; The Client is also obliged to update the provided data in case of any changes.
9. When opening an LVkonto account, the Client represents that before making the agreement they have read these Rules, that they accept the provisions hereof, that the data provided by the Client are true, and that the Client is over 18 years of age.
10. The Company reserves the right to refuse to open a temporary or permanent LVKonto account for the Client.
11. If the Company has doubt regarding the reliability of the data entered into the temporary registration form, the Company may refuse to open a temporary LVKonto account and make using lvbet.pl website contingent on the Client opening a permanent LVKonto account in order to fully verify Client’s data.
12. For the purpose of security and identification of the Client, each Client has a unique login selected by the Client (user name) and a security password, both of which are necessary to log in to the LVkonto account and which the Client is obliged to provide correctly before logging in to the LVkonto account. The login may not include words or content that are generally recognized as vulgar, offensive, or in breach of the rules of social coexistence.
13. The Client has the right to change their security password on security conditions predefined by the Company.
14. The Client is obliged to use their identification data (login and password) in the manner which prevents their use by and access of third parties.
15. The Company may not be held liable for any damage caused by the Client providing access to their login or password to the LVkonto account and other data which concern the Client and are related to participating in pari-mutuel betting, even if that happened through Client’s unintentional guilt; the Company may not be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the LVkonto by the Client either.
16. The following individuals may not take part in betting: owners of teams or animals which take part in the events included in the betting etc., individuals remaining in an employment relationship with the Company, members of the decision-making bodies of the Company, or individuals in similar relationships with the Company, wives/husbands of the parties referred to above, individuals banned from entering points of sale and participating in gambling by a court, and individuals who are direct participants of the events included in the betting.
17. The Client logs in to the LVkonto account using their identification data, i.e. the login or e-mail address and the security password. The Clients holds the LVkonto account for an unspecified period of time, voluntarily and free of charge; however, the account is necessary for the Client to participate in online pari-mutuel betting- booking organized by the Company on lvbet.pl website.
18. The following are the principles and conditions of using the LVkonto account:
    1. Each Client may have only one LVkonto account,
    2. Multi-accounts (two or more accounts registered or used by a single person) will be closed immediately after they are detected. Bets made via Multi-accounts will be cancelled and the stakes will be returned in line with the provisions under §18.
    3. In order to pay a stake for a bet, the Client has to have funds on the LVkonto account. The LVkonto account may be topped up by the Client by making a payment to a specific account of the Company, only through the providers of payment services accepted by the Company referred to in Art. 4(2)(1)-(4), (6) and (9) of the Act of 19 August 2011 on payment services. The amount paid is automatically allocated to the Client’s LVkonto account. It is not possible to make a bet or pay a stake without funds on the LVKonto account.
    4. Withdrawals of funds allocated to the Customer’s permanent LVKonto are made upon request of the Customer, who can make a withdrawal order at any time, excluding the self-exclusion period referred to in the Responsible Gaming Regulations, exclusively through payment service providers referred to in Article 4(2)(1)-(4), (6) and (9) of the Payment Services Act published on 19.08.2011 to the account indicated by the Customer, which must belong to the Customer and must be allocated to the Customer’s permanent LV Konto before a withdrawal can be made from the LVKonto. The Company reserves the right to request additional documents if it believes that the indicated account does not belong to the Customer, and in case of doubt has the right to refuse to make a withdrawal to the indicated account.
    5. Payments to and payouts from the Company may only be made in PLN.
    6. The Client has the right to submit instructions to pay out the funds collected on the LVkonto account using a form available on lvbet.pl. The Company will pay out the specified amount to the Client’s account assigned to the LVkonto account within 7 working days calculated from the day following the day on which the Company received the payout instructions.
    7. If an amount of money has been incorrectly recorded on an LVkonto (e.g. by mistake of the payment services provider or Company employee, entering an incorrect result, change of a result, incorrect bank transfer etc.), the Company has the right to deduct the incorrectly recorded amount from the Client’s LVkonto account without Client’s consent. If the Client pays out the incorrectly recorded amount or places losing bets using that account before the Company deducts the amount, the Client is obliged to pay the lacking amount to the Company within ten calendar days following a relevant request. The Company has the right to suspend Client’s LVkonto account until the debt has been paid and to claim a compensation in court, pursuant to the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
    8. Before the Client closes the LVkonto account, the Client is obliged to pay out all funds recorded on their LVkonto account. It is possible to close the LVkonto account only after having paid out all funds recorded on the Client’s LVkonto account. However, if the LVkonto account is closed by the Company, the funds will be paid out before the closing to the Client’s account assigned to the LVkonto account. The provisions of § 5(2) regarding temporary LVKonto accounts shall apply. It is not possible to withdraw funds from a temporary LVKonto, including a suspended temporary LVKonto - to withdraw funds, you must first complete registration on lvbet.pl.
    9. The Company has the right to suspend the payout of funds from the LVkonto account in the case of:
       1. a justified suspicion that the LVkonto account is used by an unauthorised person,
       2. a justified suspicion that the Client has committed a crime or offence, including without being limited to a suspected violation of provisions concerning the reliability of documents or crime against property as well as a suspected violation of the provisions of the Act on counteracting money laundering and financing terrorism.
       3. a reasonable suspicion that funds in your LVKonto have been allocated in violation of these Terms and Conditions or the Act of Law.
    10. Payouts will be suspended as referred to above until it has been confirmed that the Client did not commit any crime or offence and that the funds are paid out to an authorised person and the funds in the Customer’s LVKonto have been allocated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Act.
    11. The Company will not pay out funds collected on the LVkonto account to the Client if any of the following circumstances occur:
        1. the Client has violated the provisions of the Act or these Rules,
        2. the Client has committed a crime or offence,
        3. an unauthorised person uses the LVkonto account.
    12. The Company reserves the right to refuse to pay out funds recorded on the LVkonto account if the Client fails to use for sports betting at least 50% of the funds paid to the LVkonto account.
    13. The Company does not tolerate any offensive, abusive, or aggressive behaviour towards any of its employees or other Clients. If the Company finds that the Client behaves in such a manner, it reserves the right to suspend and/or close the LVkonto account and/or take any appropriate measures.
19. In order to mitigate the risk of money laundering and financing terrorism, the following are or may be monitored:
    1. Client’s identification data,
    2. Client’s risk profile, his/her financial habits and behaviour, and the source of the funds paid to the LVKonto,
    3. Other data as allowed by the law.
20. If the Company suspects that an LVKonto is used by an unauthorized individual, the Company is entitled to demand additional verification, e.g. demand that the Client send via e-mail or present in a Point of Sale an additional identification document or requesting particular personal data. In such a situation, the LVKonto, as well as the possibility to make payments/payouts, may be blocked until it is confirmed that the LVKonto is used by an authorized person..

§6

OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT

1. The Client is obliged to observe the provisions hereof.
2. The Client is obliged to refrain from abusing the means of electronic communication and from providing the following content through or to the Company’s IT systems:
   1. content resulting in the disturbance of operation or in overloading of the Company’s IT systems or systems of other entities which participate directly or indirectly in providing services through electronic means;
   2. content violating interests of third parties, generally accepted social standards, or applicable law regulations;
   3. illegal, offensive or misleading information and content as well as content containing viruses or able to disturb or damage computer systems.
3. If the Client violates their obligations specified herein, the Company has the right to block Client’s access to the services provided through electronic means claim compensation in court, pursuant to the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.

§7.

ODDS AND POSSIBLE WINNING PAYOUT

1. Odds are a ratio for calculating the winning payout.
2. Each event included in the booking offer has a numerical ratio assigned, further: “Odds”. Odds are a numerical estimation of probability that a given event occur. Odds for each type of an event are specified by the Company at Company’s own discretion.
3. Possible Winning Payout (further: “PWP”) is the total monetary amount to be paid to the Client who paid a stake through lvbet.pl. The Client is entitled to receive that amount if they guess the event covered with the bet correctly. The PWP is calculated using a proportion between the stake and the winning payout agreed between the Company and the Client who pays the stake, and it is a product of the index, the paid stake, and the odds assigned to that bet, subject to the provisions under § 12 hereof.
4. The odds applicable upon placing a bet are binding for both Parties to a bet, regardless of any further changes (increase or decrease in the odds). Having taken a bet, the Company has the right to change the odds; however, in the case of bets which have already been accepted, the odds specified on a confirmation are still binding.
5. The PWP in Single bets is calculated by multiplying the index (a factor derived primarily from the applicable tax rate, which may be variable), the stake, and the odds as follows:
   PWP = (index x stake) x odds
6. The PWP in Combi bets is calculated by multiplying the index, the stake, and the product of the odds as follows:
   PWP = (index x stake) x product of the odds
7. Indirect results are always rounded off to two decimal places; however, if 5 or a higher number is in the third place, the result is rounded up.
   Examples:
   A Single bet for PLN 100 with the odds of 1.5
   PWP = (index x PLN 100) x (1.5)
   A Combi bet for PLN 100 with the odds of 1.5 and 1.3
   PWP = (index x PLN 100) x (1.5 x 1.3)
8. The PWP in a System is the total of separate PWPs from combinations (Single and Combi bets) of which a System bet is composed.
9. The Company reserves the right to decide about the value of the index stipulated in § 7 (5) and (6) hereof at its own discretion.

§8

TYPES OF BETS

1. The Company enables the Clients to place the following main types of bets on conditions specified herein:
   1. bets on individual games with two possible results – the symbol “1” specifies the bet on a win of the competitor or the team listed as the first, the symbol “2” specifies the bet on their loss:
      ● in games with no specific game time determined, when a win depends on scoring a specific number of points or sets as determined in game rules,
      ● in games with a pre-determined playing time, with a possible use of further supplementary principles (e.g. place order in a competition, adding extra time, penalty kicks, extra time due to a random event e.g. power cut in a stadium etc.),
   2. bets on individual games with three possible results – apart from the symbols “1” and “2” used for specifying a win or a loss of the competitor or the team specified as the first, the symbol “X” is also used which means a draw. Double chance is a specific type of a bet for a game with three results (1,X,2). Double chance is a simultaneous bet on two results.
      ● Double chance “1X” means a bet on a win of the team which is specified as hosts (1) in the Company’s offer or on a draw (X). The person placing a bet loses only when the team specified as guests and marked with (2) wins the game.
      ● Double chance “X2” means a bet on a win of the team which is specified as guests (2) in the Company’s offer or on a draw (X). The person making a bet loses only when the team specified as hosts and marked with (1) wins the game.
      ● Double chance “1 2” means a bet on the game not ending with a draw.
   3. “Outright” bets, i.e. bets on a win of contestants, teams, or candidates for political functions etc. in a long- and short-term competition. When betting on a winner, the betting party specifies the winner of a single competition in a specific discipline in a short- or long-term contest or places the bet on a group of specific contestants (teams). If one or more winners take the same final position, the dead heat principle will be used to settle the bet. That means that if two or more contestants are announced as winners of an outright event, the odds on the winning contestants of the outright event are divided by the number of participants in the scenario presented. For example, if the odds on Contestant A as the Top Scorer in the World Cup were 4, and 3 Players ended the tournament with the same highest score (including Contestant A), the odds on the Contestant A will be divided by 3. In this case, the final odds on the Contestant A (after applying the dead heat principle) will be 1.33 (4 divided by 3).
   4. bets on the places taken by contestants, teams, candidates for political functions etc. in long- and short-term competitions. When making bets on the places taken by contestants or teams, the betting party specifies the places within a specific range, according to the official results. For example, a “1-4” bet means that the person is placing a bet on a contestant or a team taking a place from 1 to 4. Bets on a place include, among other things, bets on:
      ● result tables in championships and other competitions,
      ● single or all games in separate disciplines.
   5. bets on virtual events consisting in guessing the results of computer-generated events featuring sports competition of people or animals, where the average programmed value of winning payouts is determined in accordance with the provisions of the Gambling Act, the principles of which are specified in §8(10) hereof.
   6. bets related directly to a form of sports results or other enterprises described as bets according to odds. These may include bets on:
      ● a specific result of a selected game (e.g. 3:3 in a football match),
      ● a win of a specific team in a specific game by a minimum difference of goals,
      ● the top scorer in a specific long-term competition,
      ● the number of goals in a specific game (round of game),
      ● the result of a part of a game (e.g. a half),
      ● the player who scored the first, the last, or any other specific goal in a specific game.
   7. “Live” (Live) bets (made during a specific event). The Company may accept bets on pre-determined and specifically marked (“Live”) events also during those events:
      ● Odds for specific bets are determined on an ongoing basis and are binding only at the moment of bet placement. “Live” bets are accepted on lvbet.pl.
      ● A “Live” bet placed through lvbet.pl may not be cancelled.
      ● The Company reserves the right to cancel bets made with incorrect odds due to delays in live transmission. The Company also reserves the right to suspend the possibility of placing bets at any moment in case of no transmission, a suspected “fixed” result of the game, or other technical issues.
      ● The availability of “Live” bets may differ depending on a discipline and the type of a sports event. The Company will not tolerate any intended or repeated cases of betting on live events which have already ended. If, for any reason, the system accepts a live bet on an event the result of which is already known, all such bets will be voided and the stakes will be returned. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to initiate proceedings and suspend the Client’s LVKonto account.
2. Detailed information concerning bets organized by the Company may be published on lvbet.pl website in the form of official announcements, which may include, among other things, a detailed description of the principles of placing bets, stake and winning payout limits, winning payout degrees, value, distribution and settlement of the winning pool, the value of the index, detailed principles of betting on an event, settlement of winning payouts, bonuses, promotion campaigns etc.
   Example:
   The Company may grant new Clients with a bonus which consists in offering them better odds or a better index for a given bet. In such a case, information may be published in the form of an announcement – Bonus rules (which are in line with the general principles of taking bets resulting from legal regulations, the obtained permit, and these Rules) that the minimum and maximum stake for the bet (their values specified in the announcement) apply only to new Clients using the bonus.
3. The Company may also provide a more precise description of betting conditions directly in an offer concerning a bet in question or in an announcement published on lvbet.pl; such conditions will be visible to Clients before placing a bet and will be binding for the bet in question. More precise conditions of betting will be in line with the general principles of taking bets resulting from legal regulations, the obtained permit, and these Rules.
   Example:
   There are many variants of draughts (checkers); however, only draughts played on a 10x10 board (international draughts) are recognized as a sports discipline. Canadian checkers, on the other hand, are played on a 12x12 board. In a few months, a specific draughts competition is going to take place. Unfortunately, the organizer is not going to announce the principles governing the competition until a later date. The Company takes bets and makes a precise statement in the betting offer that bets are taken only on results of international draughts (10x10 board). If it turns out that the international draughts competition does not take place (e.g. players use 12x12 boards), the events will be recognized as not played and the stakes will be returned.
   Example 2:
   The Company takes bets on a specific American football game between Philadelphia Eagles and Atlanta Falcons. In the betting offer, it makes a precise statement that if the game does not take place for any reason and is postponed for more than 30 hours or is interrupted and is not finished within the following 15 hours, all stakes will be returned.
   Example 3:
   The Company makes a precise statement that if the main player of Philadelphia Eagles, Matt Barkley, does not appear in the game described in the example 2 above, the game will be recognized as not played and all stakes will be returned.
4. The Company provides for a possibility of changing the conditions of concluded agreements concerning a bet in the cases specified under §11 hereof.
5. If a type of an event concerning competition of people or animals is not described in the Rules, including in special descriptions for single bets published on the lvbet.pl website, the Company reserves the right to settle disputes individually, based on the adopted principles of the event.
6. (EN)The Company will also offer bets on various events that are not listed in these Terms and Conditions, especially unusual events such as presidential elections, parliamentary elections, tricycle races, results of competitions, television shows or results of games, including simulated card games (excluding bets on the results of draw-based games and their simulations as well as simulated slot machine games, cylindrical games, including so-called Wheel of Fortune and dice games), which games are further described in § 8 point 11 these Terms and Conditions. Where such bets are offered, the Company reserves the right to specify the terms of the bet directly in the offer for such bets. The general rules for acceptance of bets remain valid.
7. The Company reserves the right to correct each obvious mistake or error and to take necessary steps to ensure a satisfactory level of services provided to the Clients. An obvious mistake may be a result of a human error or a technical issue which leads to publishing incorrect information on the lvbet.pl website. Examples of obvious errors include a wrongly displayed (inverted) handicap, wrong under/over lines, wrong odds (e.g. 25.0 instead of 2.50), incorrect name of a participant in an event, incorrect time of a match, or an obvious error in the system. In such cases, the Company recognizes all affected bets as void and returns stakes to Clients’ accounts. In addition, if a bet has been accepted with the odds which clearly deviate from market odds upon bet placement or which were incorrect in relation to the chance of a specific result taking place, the Company has the right to return such bets.
8. Other detailed rules concerning bets are included in Special rules for each sport discipline or events available on lvbet.pl website.
9. A person placing a bet should be aware of possible differences in the current result of an event covered with the bet resulting from e.g. delayed TV or radio broadcast etc. The Company makes all effort to publish correct information concerning live matches and statistics; however, this data is intended solely for Client’s information and should be treated as a guideline only. The Company may not be held responsible for any possible errors in results provided live, game time, statistics, or other information provided in the offer of live bets. It is in the best interest of a bet participant to verify the course and result of an event on their own, as all possible mistakes concerning the actual result of the event will not be considered when processing a complaint.
10. Detailed rules of organizing betting for virtual events:
    1. virtual events are computer-generated events concerning sports competition of people or animals,
    2. software for virtual sports is installed on an independent server to which a result generator is connected; the Company or a third party has no influence on the operation of the result generator,
    3. the odds for virtual events and their results are published on lvbet.pl website,
    4. at least some virtual events covered by bets offered by the Company shall be played on www.lvbet.pl,
    5. the average programmed value of winning payouts in virtual events may not be lower by more than 5 percentage points than the average winning payout in pari-mutuel bets on non-virtual events for the preceding month, which are a reference to real events,
    6. in bets on virtual events, the Client may bet on the results of virtual events which mirror real sports competition,
    7. bets on guessing virtual events offered on Ivbet.pl are taken in the same form for all Clients,
    8. a virtual event offered on Ivbet.pl starts and finishes at the same time for all Clients betting on that event,
    9. the Client betting on guessing virtual events may not check the result of the event before the ending time which has been specified by the Company,
    10. the result of a virtual event is made available to all Clients at the same moment,
    11. the results of virtual sports events in progress will be presented by the Company on an ongoing basis; archive results of virtual sports events will be stored for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which they were archived. After that period, the Company deletes the data,
    12. at the Client’s request, the Company shall provide information on the results of already completed virtual events,
    13. the Company will take, on lvbet.pl, bets on such as virtual sports events as:
        1. horse racing
        2. grayhound racing
        3. racing - cycling
        4. racing - trotting
        5. tennis
        6. soccer
        7. motorsports - speedway, motorcycle racing,
        8. golf.
11. Rules for organizing bets on the results of simulated card games:
    1. bets on the results of simulated card game events are bets on the results of simulated card games: Poker, Baccarat and Black Jack, broadcast in real time (“live”), the results of which will be determined each time during the broadcast itself and will not be known in advance to anyone and the Customer will not be a participant in the card game on the course or outcome of which the bet is placed,
    2. simulated card games that are the subject of bets offered by the Company will be broadcast via the lvbet.pl website.

§9

MANNER OF BETTING

1. Bets may be placed as follows:
   1. a single bet – on a specific event (further: Single),
   2. an accumulated bet consisting of at least two independent events (further: Combi),
   3. system bets consisting of various combinations of single and accumulated bets specified by the Client (further: System).
2. A single bet (further: Single) is a bet on a result of one selected sports event or other event, characterised as a bet. The right to a winning payout arises when the betting party guesses the result of the event correctly.
3. Accumulated bets (further: Combi) are bets in which the betting party may combine bets on various results included in the Company’s offer. Note: you may not combine, on a single coupon, bets which support each other (are correlated with each other), e.g.:
   1. a bet on a win in a competition (a place) by a specific player along with a bet on a win of the same player in a single event of that competition,
   2. placing the same object in various places of the result list (Brazil is going to win and at the same time Brazil takes the 1st-2nd place).
   3. a bet on a win of a specific team with the result 2:0 and a win of that team in a match.
      The computer checks, in all cases, whether there are no bets supporting each other on a coupon and if so, prevents the bets. However, if bets which support each other are, for any reason, made on a single coupon, only the odds of the first event are valid in the case of a win and the remaining events are settled with the odds of 1.00.
4. System bets (System) include various combinations of single bets (Single) and/or accumulated bets (Combi) on a single coupon. Each bet (Single or Combi) or their combination recorded in a system bet (System) is a separate bet agreement. In such cases, each of those bets or their combinations is treated as a separate proof of making a bet under these Rules and applicable regulations, although they are all recorded on a single coupon.
5. The right to a win in Combi bets arises on condition that the party placing the bet has correctly guessed all parts of the bet, except for System bets, which may be winning also when one event has been guessed incorrectly.
6. If guesses for all events in a Combi bet have been guessed correctly and one or more events have been finished without an official result (not played, not completed), the party placing the bet still has the right to a winning payout concerning the remaining games. However, if any result of events in a Combi bet has been guessed by the Client incorrectly, the bet is recognized as lost even in the case when one (or more) event(s) being a part of a Combi bet has (have) been finished without the official result.
7. If a Combi bet is made after one of many games has been completed, the odds of the completed games are changed to 1.0 (that does not apply to “Live” bets – refer to the provisions of the Rules - §18(1)(c)) and the PWP is calculated as appropriate.

§10

ACCEPTING BETS

1. Pari-mutuel bets-bookings are accepted after publication of the odds on lvbet.pl.
2. All bets are taken only in the Polish currency. A bet is recognized as placed only after the payment of the stake. The Client should check all the data prior to placing a bet, because the bet may not be changed after it is placed. Exceptions stipulated in § 11 hereof apply - (Cashout).
3. After placing a bet via the Internet, the history of the Client’s bets is available on lvbet.pl website in the “My bets” tab together with the confirmation of a bet (Coupon), which includes detailed data on each bet made.
4. The confirmation of a bet includes:
   1. date and time of making the bet,
   2. bet number,
   3. description of the bet containing the name of the event and the selected bet type with the odds,
   4. general (total) odds of the bet, the stake, the tax collected, and the possible winning payout (PWP),
   5. subsequent internal number,
   6. status of the bet.
5. The history of bets generated after taking a bet/bets and collecting the stake (available in the “My bets” tab) contains the following data:
   1. date and time of making a bet,
   2. bet number,
   3. description of the bet containing the name of the event and the selected bet type and its odds,
   4. general (total) odds of the bet, the stake, the tax collected, and the possible winning payout (PWP),
   5. subsequent internal number,
   6. tax on the winning payout (if applicable),
   7. status of the bet.
6. The confirmation of a bet may include additional information concerning selected events, in particular the status of events and other additional information.
7. If a correct operation or interests of the Company are at risk, the Company has the right to suspend accepting bets on any events or to limit a number of bets in a certain way, e.g. by specifying the value of the stake, taking only Combi or Single bets, specifying a minimum number of events in a Combi bet etc.
8. Details of bets and transactions in the Customer’s LVKonto over the past 6 months are available by logging into the LVKonto. Details of bets and transactions in the Customer’s LVKonto behind the period of 6 months are made available to the Customer as soon as Customer requests them form the Company. For all bets, the data on the lvbet.pl website is authoritative.
9. The Company is not obliged to provide the Client with additional information on events for which the Company offers bets (e.g. information on a surface type, player’s injuries, results of concluded games, possible results in “Live” bets etc.). When providing information of this type, the Company exercises due care to ensure that it is true. However, due to the quantity of data, its origins, and its purpose (for information only), the Company may not be held responsible for the reliability of additional information provided and the Client is obliged to verify such information on his own.
10. The Client may not entrust other parties or companies (e.g. agencies placing bets on behalf of a client) with placing bets.
11. In the event that the Company ascertains a breach of § 5 point 16 of these Terms and Conditions, the Company has the right to close the LVKonto of the offending Customer and any bets placed from this LVKonto may be cancelled. If a violation of § 5 point 16 of these Terms and Conditions is discovered after a winnings payment has been made for a bet in violation of § 5 point16, the Customer is obliged to immediately return the winnings.
12. The Company has the right to refuse to accept a bet in each case, without stating the reasons.
13. If accepting bets is suspended, the Client does not have any right to receive compensation or to make any claim, unless these Rules state otherwise.
14. After the bet is placed and accepted, a relevant amount is paid from the LVKonto account. It is Client’s responsibility to verify whether the Client places a correct bet both in terms of the selected events, bet type and also the stake paid. After the bet is placed, it may not be cancelled or changed, except for the cases stipulated in §11 hereof.
15. The Company reserves the right to refuse to accept bets or accept bets only partially.

§11

CASH-OUT

1. The Company may propose that the Client uses the Cash-out option.
2. Cash-out makes it possible to close an undecided bet and receive a winning payout earlier.
3. The Client may have a possibility to close a bet before the conclusion of some of the events covered with the bet.
4. After using the Cash-out option, the winning payout is calculated as a product of an individually determined ratio, the stake paid, and the odds proposed for that option at the moment.
5. If as a result of the calculations stipulated in § 11 pkt. 4 hereof the value of the win turns out to be lower than the stake paid, then the Company may offer a “Cash-out” option to the Client by way of returning the stake paid, and at the same time the Company may charge a fee in the agreed amount, e.g. 15% of the stake paid. The Company shall proceed with such a return of the stake only after the Client accepts the terms and conditions of the “Cash-out” service offered by the Company.
6. The Client shall have the possibility to obtain information about the offered “Cash-out” sum on lvbt.pl website.
7. Cash-out may be available for “Live” bets as well as other bets offered by the Company.
8. The Client does not have to use the Cash-out option. Such a possibility has to be proposed and accepted by the Company.
9. The Company may limit Cash-out offers and state more precise conditions of using that option.
10. The Company may withdraw the settlement of a bet in the Cash-out option if the bet has been settled as a result of an obvious error of the Company or a mistaken result of the event. In such a case, the bet will be settled like any other bet with no Cash-out. Exceptions include a situation where the Client uses the option again after the Company has corrected the error as long as the option is available.

§12

OFFICIAL RESULTS

1. Pursuant to these Rules, the results obtained from official sources and announced by the Company on lvbet.pl website in the “Results” tab are understood as official and unchangeable results. If a result announced in this manner is undoubtedly wrong, the right of the betting party to a winning payout is not affected if the actual result has been correctly guessed.
2. In the case of bets on games with a limited game time stipulated in the game rules (regular time), the results reached on a pitch/field after the game time under the game rules (the rules of the sports competition in question, e.g. in ice hockey – three 20-minute periods, in football – two 45-minute halves plus additional time) shall be understood as official and unchangeable results. Continuation of the game after the regular time, penalty kicks, and any other additional changes of the result (disqualification, walkover etc.) will not be taken into account unless stated otherwise in detailed rules of the competition in question which are an integral part hereof – “special rules for each sports discipline”.
3. When determining the official result, no further changes will be taken into account, including ones resulting from the correction of the result as a consequence of e.g. wrong referee’s decision, wrong score assigned, doping of a player, using anabolic steroids etc.
4. If a game (a match, a competition) has not been played until the end and the official result has been announced anyway, the winning payouts are granted based on that official result. Such a result is valid if it is recognized as official by the official organizer of the competition or the event. This provision does not apply to the games with a limited regular time– refer to §8 hereof.
5. If a game has been interrupted or has not been played until the end, bets on the completed events related to that game (the first half, period, set etc.) or bets in which specific conditions have been met based on which the result may be determined (e.g. the first goal has been scored, the specified number of goals or gems have been reached etc.) remain valid and the winning payouts will be made. In the case of bets on the events related to that game where the result may not be determined after the interruption or a failure to complete the game, provisions of §18 of the Rules concerning return of bets apply.
6. If, for any reason, the result is not announced within the official period, the Company will announce an additional period of waiting for the result announcement. The same applies to the situation where an event did not take place or has been interrupted and not completed; in such a case the Company will announce an additional period of waiting for the event to take place. If the event does not take place or is not completed within the period specified by the Company, the bets will be returned – the procedure of returning bets is described in §18 hereof. That procedure is binding for both parties. Unless stated otherwise in Special rules for each sports discipline, the period of waiting is the following 30 hours. If a game takes place earlier than on the official date, bets remain valid. If an event is restarted after an interruption, the Company may take bets again, usually with new odds which consider the current situation. In the case of bets that are newly made after the interruption, the time deciding about the start of an event is the time of restarting an event; in such a case, bets are not returned as they are recognized as made after the actual start of an event pursuant to §18(1)(c).
7. In the case of bets on a win or on a place, a bet on a player or a team is recognized as lost if a player or a team resigns from further participation during the competition. If a player or a team does not take part in a competition for any reason, bets are returned.
8. If two or more participants are announced as winners of an outright event, the odds concerning the winning participants of the outright event are divided by the number of participants in the presented scenario. For example, if the odds for Player A as the Top Scorer in the World Cup were 4, and 3 Players finally ended the tournament with the same highest score (including Player A), the odds concerning Player A are divided by 3. In such a case, the final odds concerning Player A (after using the Dead Heat principle) is 1.33 (4 divided by 3).
9. In the event of a suspicion of match fixing, the Company reserves the right to withhold the announcement of the result or withhold any winnings, if the result has already been announced, until the matter is resolved by law enforcement authorities or other authorized bodies involved in monitoring the manipulation of sporting events. In this case, the final result may be announced by the Company after the aforementioned authorities settlement and the bets involved may be returned at stake, in accordance with §18 point 6 of the Terms and Conditions.

§13.

STAKE

1. The Company has the right to determine stakes for individual types of bets referred to herein at its own discretion.
2. The stake specified in a bet summary available in the Client’s bet history in the “My bets” tab is a stake which is binding for both Parties to a bet.
3. The maximum stake in a bet depends on the amount accepted by the Company when taking a bet and may differ for various sports disciplines and individual Clients. If a bet is higher than the value pre-determined by the Company (which may change without prior notice), the stake will be looked into individually. All bets sent for manual approval may be rejected, accepted in part or completely, regardless of the value of the stake paid by the Client. The Company reserves the right to reject each bet reported for approval. Each bet which, for any reason, has not been looked into before the beginning of an event will be automatically cancelled. The Company has the right to set separate limits for each Client and each bet type.

§14.

THE HIGHEST WINNING PAYOUT PER BET

1. The maximum odds are not limited in any way. The system may notify the Client of introduced limits when accepting a bet.
2. The Company has the right to set a limit on a winning payout (i.e. the amount to be paid out when all selected events are guessed correctly) at its own discretion for separate types of bets referred to herein, and also to limit the value of the stake (in proportion to the odds, so that the maximum winning payout does not exceed the limit).
3. The limit referred to above may be displayed in a visible place on lvbet.pl. If such limits are set, it will not be technically possible to make a bet exceeding the maximum winning payout on lvbet.pl website; a message may be displayed that it is necessary to enter a lower stake or to resign from a bet.
4. The number of bets made by one party is not limited in any way except for the cases provided for herein (e.g. § 15(2), §10(12)).

§15.

THE WINNING PAYOUT

1. The right to receive the winning payout arises in all types of bets when the result is guessed correctly and all the provisions hereof are observed.
2. The maximum winning payout for each bet/coupon is 300.000,00 zł (three hundred thousand zlotys) for each stake and for all types of bets, regardless of whether it is a single bet, a multiple bet, or a system of several columns, unless the Company determines otherwise. For example, in the last case, if the total payout on any column exceeds 300.000,00 zł (three hundred thousand zlotys), the Company will pay the Client no more than 300.000,00 zł (three hundred thousand zlotys) unless the Company determines otherwise. If it turns out that the User has opened several accounts, made the same bet several times, and, as a consequence, violated the provisions hereof, §5(14)(b) hereof will apply.
3. Minor errors in the name (designation) of a team member will not be taken into account if they do not affect the essence of the bet and if it is possible to determine without doubt who the person is, despite the obvious error. Examples:
   1. In the offer concerning ski jumping, K. Stoch has been assigned to Austria instead of Poland by mistake. As it is a common knowledge that there is only one competitor with that surname in the competition and that he represents Poland, the error has no effect on the validity of the bet.
   2. In the offer concerning tennis, Agnieszka Radwańska has been entered as Agnieszka Ragmańska by mistake. It is also a common knowledge that there is only one person with a similar surname in the competition; therefore, the bet remains valid.
   3. In the offer concerning football, the match between FC Liverpool and Manchester United has been entered as FC Liverpool - Machster Utd by mistake. There is no doubt as to which teams are playing. The same applies when the Polish name of a city is replaced with an English one, e.g. AC Milan - FC Torino. That does not mislead clients; therefore, the bets remain valid.
4. The winning payout is made to an LVkonto account immediately after the announcement of the official result and its publication on lvbet.pl website, in line with §12 hereof and subject to § 17 hereof.
5. In exceptional cases, when the winning payout may not be made due to using up the daily capital for immediate payments specified in §17, the Company may make the payout after 3 calendar days after reporting the win, subject to §17, but no later than within 30 days following the date of announcing the official result. In the case of an unjustified suspension of the payout, the Company will pay statutory default interest for the period of suspending the payout.

§16

CERTIFICATE OF THE WINNING PAYOUT

1. Pursuant to §20(1) of the Act, the Company is obliged to issue a certificate of the winning payout at the winning party’s request. The procedure of issuing the certificate must be in line with the requirements specified under the provisions of the Act and executive regulations adopted based on the Act.
2. The Company is obliged to keep a register of issued certificates referred to in Sec. 1 above and to keep the copies of issued certificates for 5 years, counted since the end of the calendar year in which the party concerned won or received the winning payout.
3. Under Art. 20(5) of the Act, the Company is obliged to keep a register of winning payouts of at least 2,280 zł (two thousand two hundred and eighty zlotys).

§17

CAPITAL FOR IMMEDIATE PAYOUTS

The total daily capital for immediate winning payouts is PLN 100,000 (a hundred thousand zlotys). The Company issues payment instructions on a given day in the order of payout reports received from Clients. A day is understood as a period from 12.00 a.m. (noon) to 11.59 a.m. on the next day. If the capital for immediate daily payouts is not sufficient for all payout reports received on that day, the Company will issue payment orders within 3 working days calculating from the day following the date on which the Company received the payout report.

§18

RETURN OF BETS

1. The stake of a bet is returned if:
   1. a game ended before completion (e.g. withdrawal of a player in tennis), except for the cases referred to in §12;
   2. a game has been erroneously described and displayed with errors through the Company’s fault; that also applies to the situation when an obvious writing mistake, a system error, or an obvious mistake when entering data on the lvbet.pl website has been made. An obvious mistake may be a mistake of a person or a result of a technical issue leading to the publication of incorrect information on the lvbet.pl website. Examples of obvious mistakes may include an incorrectly displayed (inverted) handicap, incorrect under/over lines, incorrect odds (e.g. the odds of 25.0 instead of 2.50), an incorrect name of an event participant, an incorrect time of a match, or an obvious error in the system;
   3. a bet was obviously made after the actual kick-off of a game, match, or any other event, or possibly during their course. However, this rule does not apply to “Live” bets;
   4. an event is not played in the scheduled time and is not concluded within 30 or 15h (depending on a sports discipline as described in Detailed rules for each sports discipline). Multiple (Combi) bets will be settled again excluding the event which has not been played. Exception: if a selected event is a part of a tournament or another large sports competition, such as the Olympic Games, the World Championship, the European Championship etc. and the event has been postponed in the tournament, all bets remain valid until the event is completed within the scheduled tournament time;
   5. the event was not completed with the official result or was interrupted and not ended within 30 or 15h (depending on a sports discipline as described in Detailed rules for each sports discipline). Exception: if a selected event is a part of a tournament or another large sports competition, such as the Olympic Games, the World Championship, the European Championship etc. and the event has been postponed in the tournament, all bets remain valid until the event is concluded within the scheduled tournament time;
   6. the minimum number of players, people, teams etc. specified by the Company or the event organizer does not take part in the event;
   7. the course of the game was reversed, i.e. the benefits of playing on their own field/pitch went to the team specified in the bet heading as guests. This principle does not apply to games on a neutral ground, tournament events in a predetermined venue etc.; therefore, a possible closing of the hosts’ field/pitch, selection of a neutral field/pitch, or voluntary selection of the opponent’s field/pitch as a place of the event does not void the bet;
   8. there are supporting events on a Combi coupon (correlated events, e.g. Barcelona as a League winner and Barcelona as a winner of another league match). The computer always checks whether a coupon does not include supporting events and, if so, prevents the bet. However, if for any reasons such a coupon is accepted, in the case of a win only the odds of the first supporting event remain valid and the remaining events are settled with the odds of 1.00;
   9. any other circumstance that is characteristic for a bet or sports discipline of a particular type arises. Detailed information is available in Special rules for each sports discipline.
2. When a stake is returned, the amount paid for the returned bet is automatically recorded on the Client’s LVkonto account. The Client may dispose of such an amount recorded on their LVkonto account according to the principles applicable to the funds collected on the LVkonto account, including payments out of the LVkonto account.
3. The procedure referred to in Para. 18(2) always applies in Single bets. In the case of Combi bets, it is recognized that the whole bet is void only when all events on a coupon are cancelled according to the Rules. If a Combi bet includes at least one event which is not returned, the whole bet is recognized as valid and all cancelled events are settled with the odds of 1.0.
4. Bets remain valid and are not returned if:
   1. the referee committee running the event or the delegated referee changes or cancels the original rules of the game (competition) during its course (e.g. when the number of laps is reduced in motor racing). In such a case, only bets closely related to the changed rules are returned if they may not be settled according to the original rules;
   2. the game is interrupted for a short period of time (e.g. a football match interrupted for several hours or, in exceptional situations, postponed until the following day due to rain). In such a case, the Company may start taking bets again, usually with new odds which take into account the current circumstances. In the case of newly-made bets, the deciding time is the time of restarting the match;
   3. several competitions take place in the same sports discipline, in the same venue, and within a short period of time (e.g. downhill in Alpine Ski World Cup or ski jumping on a hill with the same construction point); in such a case the bet is always on the first competition taking place (e.g. if two downhills are going to take place, the first on Friday and the second on Saturday, and the first one does not take place for any reason, the bets stand for the Saturday downhill);
   4. an event is postponed to the following or another day, i.e. it is supposed to take place after 00:00 of the following day, local time, with exceptions described in Detailed rules for all sports disciplines;
   5. in the case of long-term bets, if a partial change takes place, e.g. a change of order of specific matches. Such a change does not affect bets on places standings, going through to the next round etc.
5. In exceptional cases, stakes paid by the Client will be returned by the Company to the Client’s account within 7 days following the date on which the Company became aware of an event which justifies the return of the stakes.
6. The Company has the right to return bets at stake (including bets where a result has already been declared and/or winnings have already been paid out) if law enforcement authorities or other authorized bodies involved in monitoring the manipulation of sporting events determine that the outcome of an event (“the setting” of an event) on which bets have been placed has been manipulated.

§19

SUPERVISION COMMITTEE

1. These Rules are a set of regulations binding the Company and the Clients participating in bets organized by the Company. The observance hereof is overseen by the Supervision Committee (further: Committee). The Committee supervises the correct course of online pari-mutuel bets-booking on lvbet.pl website.
2. The Committee appointed by the Company must be composed of at least three people. Decisions of the members of the Committee are made unanimously. The Committee has the capacity to make decisions if at least two thirds of its members are present at a game.

§20

COMPLAINTS

1. All complaints concerning bets must be made by post to the address of the Company’s registered office or in the Company’s registered office, i.e. “LV BET Zakłady Bukmacherskie” spółka z o.o., ul. Melchiora Wańkowicza 3, 40-384 Katowice, or using a complaint form on lvbet.pl website, within 30 calendar days following the announcement of the official results.
2. The time limit specified in Sec. 1 is recognized as follows:
   1. in the case of sending a complaint by post, a date on a post stamp is binding,
   2. in the case of submitting a complaint at the Company’s registered office, a date of submitting the complaint at the registered office is binding,
   3. in the case of making a complaint using a complaint form on lvbet.pl website, a date of sending the complaint is binding.
3. The Committee is obliged to process the complaint within 21 days following the date on which it was reported or submitted at the Company’s registered office, regardless of the manner of making the complaint, and to notify the Client of the result. The complaint procedure ends when the Committee has processed the complaint. If the Committee has recognized the complaint as justified, the right to a win should be exercised within 30 days following the date on which the Client receives the decision of the Committee.
4. The complaining party will be notified of processing the complaint and the decision of the Committee within 21 days in the same manner in which the complaint was made (a registered letter, an e-mail to the address of the complaining party).

§21

MAKING CLAIMS

1. Regardless of Client’s right to make a complaint, the Client also has the right to make a claim.
2. A claim related to participation in pari-mutuel bets should be submitted to the competent court of general jurisdiction in writing, including the name and the address of the participant of a bet, the date and place of the event the claim pertains to, the bet type, and the description of the claim.
3. Claims related to participation in pari-mutuel bets are barred by limitation after 6 months following the maturity date. The course of that period of time is suspended for the period from submitting a complaint until the date of response to the complaint.
4. To make a claim, it is not necessary to make a complaint beforehand.

§22

COUNTERACTING MONEY LAUNDERING

The Company as well as its Clients are obliged to observe the provisions of the Act of 16 November 2000 on counteracting money laundering and financing terrorism and other related provisions.

§23

CONFIDENTIALITY

1. The Company is obliged to keep confidential all data concerning betting parties and placed bets, except for the cases when it is obliged to disclose data as provided for under the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009.
2. Under Art. 20 point 8 of the Gambling Act, the amount of winnings or losses in a gambling game is the participant’s secret that must be kept by the entity that organises the game (in this case, the Company). Information on the amount of winnings or losses is disclosed only at the request of the authorities referred to in the aforementioned provision of the Act of Law.

§24

AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES

1. These Rules may be amended as stipulated in Art. 60(2) of the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009.
2. The Rules and all supplements hereto are also available for betting parties in the Company’s registered office and on lvbet.pl.
3. The Rules enter into force on the day they are approved by the competent minister for public finances.

The above gambling regulations were approved pursuant to Article 60 point 2 of the Act of Law on gambling games from 19.11.2009 by decision from 25.05.2021 NO PS4.6841.7.2020.
