  1. The promotion lasts from 06.02.2023 (from 10:00 am) until further notice.
  2. The offer is addressed only to adult users (18+).
  3. Players who click the PARTICIPATE button (clicked Monday through Thursday until 23:59) are eligible for the promotion. This must be repeated each week to participate in the promotion.
  4. The PARTICIPATE button will be activated every Monday from 10:00.
  5. Eligible esports offer: Counter-Strike:GO (CS:GO), Dota 2, Starcraft (SC), Starcraft 2, FIFA, King of Glory (KoG), Rainbow Six (R6), Call of Duty ( CoD), Overwatch, League of Legends (LoL) and Valorant. Only combination bets (minimum two selections) are eligible for this promotion.
  6. In combination bets, only events from the esports offer specified in point 5 of the regulations should be combined. Combination bets combining other sports are not eligible for the promotion.
  7. The following are not included in the promotion:
    1. single bets (will not be added to turnover),
    2. bets placed with bonus funds,
    3. combination bets with total odds less than 1.75,
    4. system bets,
    5. bets settled by Cash-Out option,
    6. bets placed on the Virtual Sports platform,
    7. bets placed on the Games platform,
    8. bets placed on the LV Jackpot platform.
  8. Selections settled as “Return” at odds of 1.00 will automatically reduce the total price of the placed bet.
  9. Only coupons that are settled from Monday to Thursday until 12:00 p.m. 23:59.
  10. If the player ticks “I participate” and makes a net turnover of at least 1,500 PLN in the esports offer from Monday (0:00) to Thursday (until 23:59), the tax-free game for esports events for the weekend ending the given week will be unlocked.
  11. The tax-free game will be available to players who meet the conditions of the promotion. The tax will not be charged on the esports offer, from Friday (from 14:00) to Sunday (until 23:59). Combination tickets with a minimum of 2 selections are eligible for tax-free play with a minimum odds of 2.25.
  12. The game without tax will be available for the disciplines listed in point 5 of the regulations.
  13. LV BET agrees to pay a stake tax of 12% on each qualifying bet regardless of the rate used.
  14. The promotion applies to bets such as: pre-match bets, live bets in the esports offer.
  15. Only bets placed with own funds are eligible for the promotion.
  16. The latest version of the app is required to play tax free on the mobile app.
  17. LV BET reserves the right to shorten the duration of the promotion in the event of an attempt to scam or abuse the promotion.
  18. LV BET reserves the right to void winnings from bets from the “Esports Full Buy” promotion or to void all bets placed and to close your account in the event of:
    1. violation of the provisions of the website regulations or the regulations of this promotion,
    2. attempts to create several accounts or set up accounts for different personal data by the same client or several clients acting in concert,
    3. the use by the customer of personal data that does not belong to him or the use by the customer of an identity document that does not belong to him,
    4. in the event that the client uses any practices that have the characteristics of bonus fraud.
