Free kick is the winning option only when the player taking a free kick scores directly the goal and is named as the goalscorer.
Times of the Goals and substitutions: Goal times and substitution times are recorded as the full minute they are scored or conducted in according to the official source of the game. Any goal scored or substitution conducted in stoppage time will be recorded respectively as the 45th minute (added time to the first Half) or as the 90th minute (added time in the 2nd Half). Any substitution conducted in halftime will be set to 45th minute.
Added time of the match: Bets on the amount of added time are determined based on the time shown by the official referee, and not based on actually played added time.
Rest of the match bet is offered only for live events. It refers to the result of the rest of the match, calculated from the moment of bet placement.
Dismissal in the game: Only the removals of players who are currently on the field are taken into account. Dismissals of players on the bench, coaches and support staff of teams, are not taken into account. Dismissals after the final whistle are also not considered.
Tournament Bets: All tournament bets (teams’ or players’ achievements for example) include any extra time played but not penalty shootouts. If both teams finish the tournament at the same stage in the group, the team which occupied a higher place in its own group is considered higher. If both teams have finished in the same places in their own groups, the bets on the better team will be voided.
Player Season bets: All season player bets placed on a player who is transferred or loaned to another club during the season transfer window will remain valid only if a player stays in the same league. In other cases, if a player is transferred or loaned to another league, all bets will be voided.
Fantasy Matches: In a Fantasy match, two teams compete with each other only virtually. The result of the game is determined based on their respective game during that specified round. The nominated matches must be played on the scheduled dates for bets to stand. If one or both matches are not played on the scheduled date, all bets will be void. Example: Barcelona plays against Atletico and Real Madrid plays against Sevilla in the 1st round of Spanish league. The fantasy match is set to be Barcelona vs Real Madrid. If their games ended respectively 2-0 for Barcelona and 1-0 for Real Madrid, the fantasy match between Barcelona and Real would end with result of 2-1 for Barcelona.
Asian handicap and Asian Total Goals: Asian Handicaps eliminate the possibility of a draw in soccer games. Depending on the line chosen from Asian Handicaps offer, the underdog will start the game with added amount of goals, or the favourite will be handicapped by the same amount of goals (handicap line). The selected number of handicap will be added to the real number of goals after the final result and will eventually make up the right bet.
There are five different possible results of the bets: Win, Lose, Tie, Half win and Half lose. Half win and Half lose refers to Asian handicap or Over/Under where the line includes a quarters (0.25,0.75, 1.25, 1.75 etc.) if a bet is placed on home team to cover 1.25 Handicap, half of the stake is placed on home team cover handicap line of 1 goal, and other half of the stake is placed on home team to cover 1.5 goals. If the game ended with exactly 1 goal of advantage for the home team (for example 1-0 or 2-1), then the bet placed on home team to cover the 1 goal handicap is settled as tie (voided) and the bet placed on the home team to cover 1.5 Goals handicap is settled as lost. The whole bet on the home team to cover 1.25 handicap (minus 1.25) is settled as half lose. If the game ends with the home team winning by 2 goals, then the bets are settled as won, end if the game ends with draw or away team won then the bet is lost.
If a bet is being placed on over 2.75, half of the stake is placed on over 2.5 and other half of the stake is placed on over 3 goals in the game. If the game ends with exactly three goals (for instance 2-1 or 0-3), then the bet placed on over 2.5 Goals will be settled as won while the bet placed on over 3 goals will be settled as tie (void). This is called half win. If the game ends with more than three goals then the whole bet on over 2.75 Goals will be settled as won or if it ends with less than three goals the bet is settled as lost.

Chapter 29Formula 1
The classification both of the individual drivers and the respective teams are determined by the official final report, published immediately after the race or event. The subsequent post-race disqualifications of drivers and amendments in the final reports are not taken into account.
The winner for all bets on the qualification is determined by official qualifying time, which is published by the FIA or any other relevant governing federation of the event.
If a driver withdraws before the qualifying sessions, all bets related with that driver will be considered invalid and stake will be refunded. If the driver has started in the qualifying session, then he is considered as a driver participating in the event and bets will remain valid.
Constructor championship: In case of disqualification/withdrawal of any teams, all bets on the respective team remain valid. However, if the withdrawal or disqualification took place before the start of the season, all bets on this team will be voided and stakes refunded.
Team Head 2 Head (H2H): Bets will be settled based on the team with the best classified car in the official FIA result after the race is completed. If none of the teams have cars classified, then the team with the car that completed more laps is the winner of H2H. If none of the teams have its cars classified, and the best cars in both teams have completed the same number of laps, all bets will be voided and stake refunded. If at least one of the drivers of the selected team participated in the race, all bets for that position remain valid. Otherwise, the bets are considered invalid and stakes will be refunded.
Driver Head 2 Head (H2H): The winner is considered the driver who finished at a higher place in the final report of the race. If both drivers failed to complete the race, then the driver who has completed more laps is considered the winner. If both drivers did not classify and have the same number of completed laps then all bets will be voided. If only one of the drivers failed to complete the race, then the driver who did classify (completed the race) is considered the winner of H2H. If a driver completed more laps, but was disqualified during the race, the winner of the H2H is any other driver, who was not disqualified during the race (even if he completed at least one lap in the race). If both drivers were disqualified during the race, then the bets will be voided.
Safety Car - bets on Safety Car appearing during the race concern only “the real” safety car, “virtual” safety car doesn’t count toward the bets’ settlement.
Chapter 30Gaelic Football
All bets are settled according to the result of the regular time (60 minutes of play time: 2 halves of 30 minutes each), if not stated otherwise. In case of a draw after regular time, 2 overtimes (10 minutes each) are played or a replay match is arranged.
All bets are calculated based on the total score of the match, where a goal is equal to 3 points and individual point is equal to 1 point. Example: if team A has 1-18 (one goal and 18 individual points) and team B has 3-10 as a result of the match, team A wins with result of 21-19.
If a match is cancelled or postponed for more than 30 hours then all bets will be voided.
If the match has started and it has been interrupted for more than 30 hours, all bets on the match will be voided, excluding the ones that have been determined by the time the match was interrupted (Example: Half winner, etc.).
Chapter 31Futsal
All bets are settled according to the result of the regular time only (40 minutes of play time: 2 halves of 20 minutes each), if not stated otherwise. The extra time and penalties are included only for bets on moneyline, the team entering the next round, tournament winner, etc. If a match is cancelled or postponed for more than 30 hours then all bets will be voided. If the match has started and it has been interrupted for more than 15 hours, all bets on the match will be voided, excluding the ones that have been determined by the time the match was interrupted (Example: first to score, first Half winner, etc.).
Chapter 32Golf
All bets will be settled according to the official results of the event. In tournaments interrupted or affected by the unfavorable weather, bets will be settled based on the official result of the event, regardless of the number of holes played (for example in PGA tournament minimum of 54 holes played might be required). If there is no further play after the bet has been placed or further play is not taken into consideration for the official result, then the bet will be voided.
Head 2 Head (H2H): The winner of the H2H bet is the player who achieved higher place at the end of the tournament. For “Round’s H2H” both players must play at least one stroke (shot) in the respective Round for bets to be stand. For “Tournament’s H2H” both players must play at least one stroke (shot) in the respective tournament for bets to stand. If both golfers failed to complete all rounds then the golfer with higher final position is the winner.
Make/Miss the Cut: 36 holes must be played for bets to stand.
Chapter 33Handball
All bets are settled according to the result of the regular time only (60 minutes of play time: 2 halves of 30 minutes each), if not stated otherwise. The result of the overtime will not affect the result of the 2nd half and is not taken into account for settlement of the bets related with 2nd Half. The extra time and penalties are included only for bets on moneyline, the team entering the next round, tournament winner, etc.
If a match is cancelled or postponed for more than 30 hours then all bets will be voided.
If the match has started and it has been interrupted for more than 30 hours, all bets on the match will be voided, excluding the ones that have been determined by the time the match was interrupted (Example: first to score, first Half winner, etc.).
Bets will be settled according to the official statistics of the official websites for each league or tournament and also in some rare cases, bets might be determined based on recordings of live games. In case the company’s in-house statistics (based on TV coverage) differ from the official statistics, bets will be settled according to the own statistics.
Player Specials bets: Players specified in a respective bet must participate in the match for bets to stand, otherwise bets will be voided and stakes refunded. No refunds for non-starters in Winner bets (Outrights). The Dead Heat rule applies.
Will the first 7-meter penalty be scored?: The 7-meter penalty needs to be scored on the first attempt directly for the bet to be settled as Yes.
Chapter 34Gymnastics
Outright (winner): The winner is determined in accordance with the official results list at the time of medal presentation, provided by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) or other official governing body of the event. Any further disqualifications will not affect the settlement.
Head 2 Head (H2H): Bets will be settled on the athlete with better final position at the time of particular event (round) completion. Both athletes must start the event for bets to be valid.
Chapter 35Ice Hockey
All bets are settled according to the result of the regular time (including Totals and Handicaps), if not clearly stated otherwise. Bets on 2-way winner markets ( Moneyline) will be settled according to the final result including Overtime and Penalty shootouts. Markets including Overtime: In the game where the winner is determined by penalty shootouts, for settlement purposes, one goal will be added to the winning team’s score and also one goal will be added to the total goals scored in the game. Example: the game between New York Rangers and San Jose Sharks ended with score 3-3 after the Overtime and eventually Rangers won the penalty shootout contest. In this case Rangers’ total goals scored in the game will count as 4 and total goals in the game will count as 7. This rule applies only for markets which include Overtime and potential Penalty shootouts and as such, proper information is clearly stated next to the betting market or defined in the Special rules for that specific market.
All games must be played at the scheduled venue. If the scheduled venue is changed then all bets on that game will be voided. If the scheduled starting time is postponed for more than 15 hours then all bets placed on that game will be voided - 15 hours from the original starting time must pass for bets to be deemed invalid.
If Ice Hockey game is abandoned or interrupted, and the game is not resumed within 30 hours, all bets on this match will be deemed invalid and stakes refunded, except the ones that have been already decided at the time of abandonment.
Player specials: The respective player must compete in the game for bets to stand. For any abandoned games, all player special bets will be voided, unless the outcome of the bet is already determined. All player specials bets (goals, points, fouls, assists, shots or any other statistic) include Overtime but do not include Penalty shootouts, unless otherwise stated.
Player to score first goal: All bets on players that have not participated in the game or have entered the field after the first goal was scored will be voided. Own goals (according to official results) do not count, if the first goal was an own goal, and odds on Own goal have not been offered in the First to Score Market, then the bets will be settled as lost. If the first goal is scored by a player who was not listed among the offered options of that respective market, all bets are considered lost in this position. Overtime is not taken into account.
Highest scoring Period: All 3 periods must be completed for bets to stand. Overtime is not included. If a game is abandoned then all bets will be voided unless the 3rd Period is already the selection with highest goals scored.
Group or Conference winner: if the season is shortened for any reason, the settlement of the bets is based on the official result of the official federation of the respective Ice Hockey League.
Correct Score betting: If the final result of the game is outside the selections offered in that Market, all bets will be settled as lost. Bets are accepted only for regular time, excluding the overtime and penalty shootout.
Grand Salami bets: This kind of bet applies to the total goals scored during a respective day or period. If at least one of the games has been postponed or abandoned then the bets are invalid and stakes refunded. Only games played during the given day or period count. Any postponed or additionally added game to the schedule makes the bets invalid, unless the over outcome is already decided excluding postponed game.
Live betting: The game must be completed for bets to be valid. If the match is abandoned at any time then all bets will be voided, except the ones that are already determined at the time of abandonment.
Chapter 36Horse Racing

Chapter 37Lacrosse
The winner is determined in accordance with the official results list provided by the governing body of the event. If a moneyline, total or handicap bet ends in a draw (remains undecided) and no odds on draw have been offered in that respective market, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

The subsequent post-race disqualifications of drivers and amendments in the final reports are not taken into account. The winner for all bets on the qualification is determined by the official qualifying time, which is published by the relevant governing federation of the event.
If a driver withdraws before the qualifying sessions, all bets related with that driver will be considered invalid and the stake will be refunded. If the driver has started in the qualifying session, then he is considered as a driver participating in the event and bets will remain valid.
Constructor championship: In case of disqualification/withdrawal of any teams, all bets on the respective team remain valid. However, if the withdrawal or disqualification takes place before the start of the season, all bets on this team will be voided and stakes refunded.
Team Head 2 Head (H2H): Bets will be settled based on the team with the best classified driver in the official FIA result after the race is completed. If none of the teams has drivers classified, then the team with the driver that completed more laps is the winner of H2H. If none of the teams has its drivers classified, and the best driver in both teams have completed the same number of laps, all bets will be voided and the stake refunded. If at least one of the drivers of the selected team participated in the race, all bets for that position remain valid. Otherwise, the bets are considered invalid and stakes will be refunded.
Driver Head 2 Head (H2H): The winner is considered the driver who finished at a higher place in the final report of the race. If at least one of the two drivers does not show up at the start, all bets will be voided. If both drivers failed to complete the race, then the driver who has completed more laps is considered the winner. If both drivers did not classify and have the same number of completed laps then all bets will be voided. If only one of the riders failed to complete the race, then the driver who did classify (completed the race) is considered the winner of H2H. If a driver completed more laps, but was disqualified during the race, the winner of the H2H is any other driver, who was not disqualified during the race (even if he completed at least one lap in the race.) If both drivers were disqualified during the race, then the bets will be voided.

Any further amendments to the ringside result, any alterations or subsequent disqualification will not affect the bets settlement. If for any reason the match doesn’t take place according to the original date and a new date is arranged not later than 28 days after the original scheduled date, all placed bets remain valid for betting purposes. If more than 28 days will pass until the new rescheduled date, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
If the match is moved to another arena, all bets on the match are still valid, except if a fight takes place in a country different from the original country, in this case all bets will be voided.
If a fighter does not come out at the beginning of the next round after the bell (fighter retires or is disqualified for any reasons), the match is considered to have finished at the end of the previous round.
The result named “a prescheduled win” means a knockout (KO), technical knockout (TKO), disqualification (DQ) or a refusal (submission). The result named “a win on points” means a victory won by decision of judges after the completion of all the rounds of the fight (Unanimous Decision, Split Decision, Majority Decision).
If the scheduled (arranged by contract) number of rounds has changed, then all bets on the result of the fight are still valid, but all bets on Totals (number of rounds) will be voided and stakes returned.
Bets on Totals (Over/Under rounds) refer only to the completed rounds. If the round lasts 5 minutes, the halfway point of each round is at exactly 2 minute and 30 seconds of a 5-minute round. Bet on Over 4.5 rounds for instance will be settled as won only if the fight will reach 2 minutes and 31 seconds of the 5th round.
Any fight that is declared “no contest” or “no decision” will have all stakes refunded.
Chapter 41Nordic Combined

In H2H bets, a participant who occupied a higher place in the final report is considered a winner of the bet. If an athlete (or nation) is disqualified or fails to finish the event for any reason, then the other athlete (or nation) is considered the winner. The bets are determined based on the official report, published by the governing body of the event immediately after the competition. Further changes to the event report related to the disqualification of athletes after the competition will not affect the initial settlement.

If a match is cancelled or postponed for more than 15 hours then all bets will be voided. Chapter 53Speedway
All bets are settled based on the official classification at the time of the podium presentation (individual competitions and Nations events) or after the completion of the final heat of the match (league’s games). If the event is interrupted or postponed for any reason (bad weather, rain or bad track condition, etc.) all bets will be voided unless the official ruling federation of the event (FIM, SEC, PZM or any other official governing body) confirms the results of an abandoned event as an “official result”’ of the event and the event is not continued within the next 30 hours at the same location.
The result of an abandoned or unfinished game will count as valid (including all additional bets) if the current result at the time of abandonment will be deemed official by the league’s or event’s authority, despite the number of heats completed in the respective event. In this case all bets will be settled according to the official result. This also applies to Handicaps, Totals and Riders Specials. If the new date of an abandoned meeting will be arranged – all bets will be voided.
Riders Head 2 Head (H2H) General Rules (apply for all kinds of Riders H2H): Both riders must start in a minimum of three heats for bets to be valid. If a rider was excluded from the heat due to the net violation at the starting line (starting net touching) it is considered for betting purposes that the rider participated in that respective heat.

Riders H2H (Individual Events: Grand Prix, European Championship, domestic individual events etc.): Both riders must participate in minimum 3 heats for bets to stand. Rider who occupied a higher place in the final report of the event is considered a winner of the bet (despite the amount of points gathered by the riders in the event). The bets are determined based on the official report, published by the governing body of the event immediately after the competition. Further changes to the event’s report related to the disqualification of riders after the competition will not affect the initial settlement. In case of same amount of points achieved by the riders, rules of the respective event’s official federation (FIM, SEC etc.) apply to determine the winner of H2H bet. If two riders in question have finished the event with same amount of points, then only first 5 heats of each respective rider are counted to determine the bet. If the result still can’t be settled (same amount of points in first 5 heats of each rider) – bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
Heat winner: For individual heat winners with named riders, all named riders must participate in the heat for bets to be valid.
Total points (Over/Under): If a rider does not participate in at least three heats then all bets will be voided. The jokers and bonus points are not included (counted as single points for settlement purposes). For Individual events (Grand Prix, European Championships etc.), settlement will be based on points accumulated in the main round only (20 heats), excluding the semi-finals and final heat.
Outright (Winner): If for any reason a selection or rider does not start in the event, then all bets on this selection will be settled as lost. No refunds for non-starters apply.

If a listed player doesn’t start his single or double match (replaced by another player) all the related bets with that individual match in question will be voided. However, the resignation or replacement of the specified player doesn’t affect the bets on Team’s performance (against the other Team). Bets placed on the Team’s competitions are not affected by any player substitutions or changes in Teams’ line-ups.
Winner of the Set: The respective set must be completed for bets to be valid.

Bets placed on the Team’s competitions are not affected by any players’ substitutions or changes in Teams’ line-ups.
The handicaps and totals on a tennis match refer to the games by default. Some handicap and total line will refer to the sets. If such, proper description will be attached to the market’s name.
For all bets referring to the totals (number of games played) or games handicaps, a “Tie-break” is counted as one game for betting purposes. The exception is a Champions tie-break played to determine the winner instead of the final set (determining the winner in some ITF tournaments and tennis doubles games except the ones played in Grand Slam or Davis Cup and Fed Cup events), which is counted as one set/one game for betting purposes.
Handicaps: If a tennis game has not been completed for any reason, all handicap bets will be voided, except already determined (referring to the completed sets).
Totals: If a tennis game has been interrupted before the respective total line was reached, all total bets will be voided, except already determined (referring to the completed sets).

Chapter 62Betbuilder Rules
General Betting Rules
BetBuilder bets placed on Football apply to 90 minutes plus injury time, unless it is explicitly stated that the bet applies to Extra-time and/or Penalties. For all bets containing such wording, the remaining selections in the bet will be settled on the match (90 minutes plus injury time) result, unless stated otherwise. Match officials determine whether the full 90 minutes and injury time is to be played or has been played.
player in the bet does not take any part in the match, then the whole bet will be made void, regardless of the rest of the selections within the bet.
For any obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel any bets placed at that wrong price. We also reserve the right to cancel any bets on events where the venue is changed after the publication of odds.
All markets will be settled on the result of the match on the day that it is played and completed. Any results that are changed retrospectively, for example: dubious goals panel reviews, results reversed for ineligible players, will not alter the settlement of the market.
If an event is abandoned, any bets where the outcome has already been decided e.g. half-time result or first team to score will stand. All other bets will be made void regardless of the score-line at the time of abandonment. Abandoned matches will be deemed to be matches which do not reach their natural conclusion by midnight local time. Matches where a referee removes the players from the field of play for a temporary period, but the remaining minutes of play take place by midnight local time on that same day, will not be deemed as abandoned.
Any event where the kick-off date/time has been altered well in advance (e.g. to accommodate live TV or to ease fixture congestion) will not be classed as postponed.
For matches played at a neutral venue, all bets will still count regardless of the order the teams are listed and whether we have indicated it is as being played at a neutral venue.
Bet Period Rules
– All below periods (2.2-2.7) are periods that can be taken with markets (3.1-3.22). For example, a bet containing: 90mins (2.2) period with Who will win? (3.1), you are betting on the result over the entirety of the match (90 mins plus injury time).

• Only one yellow card will count for a second bookable offence. Two yellows that consequently lead to a red card will count as three cards total. The same applies for a yellow card followed by a straight red card. The maximum card count one player can be issued with is three.
• Cards shown before kick-off, during the half time interval or after full time will not count. Cards shown to players or officials who do not constitute active on-field players do not count.
How will a team win? – You are betting on different markets relating to how a team will win, including:
a) Winning margin - By what margin the nominated team will win by.
b) Win to nil - Whether the nominated team wins to nil. For example, your nominated team winning 1-0, 2-0 etc. would result in this being a winning selection.
c) Win from behind - Whether the nominated team wins the match (or specified period) from behind.
d) Win in extra-time - Whether your nominated team wins the tie in extra-time. To be a winning selection your team must win the extra-time period (2 x 15 minutes plus injury time unless otherwise stated). If the match does not go to extra-time this will be a losing selection. If a fixture is postponed, normal postponed match rules apply. If a fixture is abandoned, normal abandoned match rules apply.
e) Win on penalties - Whether your nominated team wins the tie on penalties. Bets are settled only on fixtures that go to penalties. If the match does not go to penalties this will be a losing selection. If a fixture is postponed, normal postponed match rules apply. If a fixture is abandoned, normal abandoned match rules apply.
f) Qualify - Whether your nominated team qualifies to the next round of the next round of fixtures in the specified tournament/cup/league. If a fixture is postponed normal postponed match rules apply. If a fixture is abandoned normal abandoned match rules apply. In the event of a forfeit or bye for either team, please refer to the postponed rules.
Chapter 63BETBUILDER SPECIAL RULES - BASKETBALL
BETBUILDER WAGERING RULES - BASKETBALL
The following document details the rules under which all singles and same game multi (SGM) BetBuilder basketball bets will be settled.
A BetBuilder SGM bet is the aggregate bet comprised of all constituent selections. Any reference to a ‘bet’ within this document refers to the entire contents of a BetBuilder betslip. Any reference to a ‘selection’ refers to one selection within the related bet.
SELECTION AND BET RESULTS
All basketball SGM selections must win (no ties, draws or pushes) for a bet to be deemed a winner. A selection that does not win, unless explicitly specified within this document, will be settled as a loser. If one or more selections in any bet are resulted as void for any reason (such as a selected player not participating in the match – see section 4), the entire bet will be resulted as void.
For instance, selections on a team to win a match where it is a draw after overtime (or normal time if no overtime is to be played), even where the draw or tie may not have been offered through BetBuilder, will be settled as losers. This will not be relevant to NBA or NBL matches as they play repeated overtime periods until a team wins, but may be applicable to other basketball leagues or competitions as per their individual competition rules. Similarly, ‘Race to X’ selections where neither team reaches the selected score will be settled as losers, regardless of whether a ‘neither team to reach X’ selection was available as an alternate selection or not.
OVERTIME
All basketball matches will be settled on the official declared result including any overtime.
SECOND HALF / FOURTH QUARTER MARKETS
All second half and fourth quarter market selections do include overtime periods if they occur. For example, a total second half points selection would include the points scored in both the second half and any overtime periods played.
PLAYER-SPECIFIC MARKETS
All player selections will be considered active if a player enters the court as an active player at any point of the relevant match, regardless of whether the selection in question references a specific period of the match. If a player never enters the court during a match, selections specific to that player will be void. For instance, a selection on a certain player to score 10.5+ points in the second half would be active (and therefore settled as a loser) if that player played the first two minutes of a match, was injured, and did not return to the game, regardless of having never been on the court during the second half. However, if that player was injured shortly before the game commenced,BetBuilder Wagering Rules – Basketball 2 was withdrawn from the starting lineup (or bench) and never took to the court, the selection and therefore bet would be void.
POSTPONED AND INCOMPLETE MATCHES
Where a match is postponed or incomplete, and subsequently resumed or played within 24 hours (inclusive) of the original scheduled start time, all bets will stand. All bets placed on games played which commence more than 24 hours past the originally scheduled start time will be void. Once the 24 hours have expired, all bets are void and stakes will be refunded.
ABANDONED MATCHES
If a game is abandoned prior to commencement, it falls within the 24-hour rule for postponed matches as described above. If it is abandoned after commencing but before its natural end point, the following rules apply:
a. SGMs will be void if they include at least one selection involving a player who has not yet entered the court as an active player. The rules outlined below are all applied subject to and subsequent to the application of this rule.
b. If every selection within an SGM on the game is already a winner where the fact of abandonment had no impact on the outcome of each selection, the SGM in its entirety will be treated as a winner. For example, a 2-leg SGM containing an over total points selection and a certain player to score 10.5+ points, in a game where the required points have been reached and the player did score more than 10 points before the game was subsequently abandoned, will be treated as a winner. In this case, the abandonment had no impact on either selection. The same would not apply to an under total points selection where a game is abandoned while the total score is still under the chosen number, as the abandonment would impact that outcome.
c. If a single selection of an SGM has lost and a match is then abandoned, the SGM will be treated as a loser, where regardless of the fact of abandonment, the selection(s) in question had been irrevocably concluded. For example, an SGM including a first player to score selection, in a game where a different player scored first and the match was subsequently then abandoned, will be treated as a loser. In this case, the bet had already lost, and this outcome could not be affected in any way by whether the game was subsequently abandoned or not.
d. If there are no losing selections within an SGM and at least one void selection at the time of a match abandonment, the SGM will be treated as void. This rule applies where one or more selections are still undecided at abandonment, and may have won or lost if the game had been completed as scheduled. For example, an SGM including an over total points selection, in a game abandoned while the total points are still below the required amount, will be treated as void. In this case, the total points selection was still undecided and may have won or lost but for the abandonment, so the bet will be voided.
VENUE CHANGES
If the venue of a match is changed from the one advertised, all bets on that match will be voided.
Chapter 64BETBUILDER WAGERING RULES - NFL
The following document details the rules under which all singles and same game multi (SGM) BetBuilder NFL bets will be settled.
A BetBuilder SGM bet is the aggregate bet comprised of all constituent selections. Any reference to a ‘bet’ within this document refers to the entire contents of a BetBuilder betslip. Any reference to a ‘selection’ refers to one selection within the related bet
SELECTION AND BET RESULTS

For instance, selections on a team to win a match where it is a tie after overtime, even where the draw or tie may not have been offered through BetBuilder, will be settled as losers. Similarly, ‘Race to X’ selections where neither team reaches the selected score will be settled as losers, regardless of whether a ‘neither team to reach X’ selection was available as an alternate selection or not. If a quarter, half or match finishes scoreless, then touchdown or point-scoring selections for that period (e.g. Player to Score a 1 st Half Touchdown) will be settled as losers.
OVERTIME
All NFL matches will be settled on the official declared result including any overtime.
SECOND HALF / FOURTH QUARTER MARKETS
All second half and fourth quarter market selections do include overtime if it occurs. For example, a total second half points selection would include the points scored in both the second half and overtime.
PLAYER-SPECIFIC MARKETS
All player selections will be considered active if a player participates in at least one play at any point of the relevant match, regardless of whether the selection in question references a specific period of the match. If a player does not participate in a single play during a match, selections specific to that player will be void. For instance, a selection on a certain player to score a touchdown in the second half would be active (and therefore settled as a loser) if that player participated in the first play of the match, was injured, and did not return to the game, regardless of having never been on the field during the second half. However, if that player was injured shortly before the game commenced and did not participate in any plays whatsoever, the selection and therefore bet would be void.
POSTPONED AND INCOMPLETE MATCHES
Where a match is postponed or incomplete, and subsequently resumed or played within 48 hours (inclusive) of the original scheduled start time, all bets will stand. All bets placed on games played which commence more than 48 hours past the originally scheduled start time will be void. Once the 48 hours have expired, all bets are void and stakes will be refunded.
ABANDONED MATCHES
If a game is abandoned prior to commencement, it falls within the 48-hour rule for postponed matches as described above. If it is abandoned after commencing but before its natural end point, the following rules apply:
a. SGMs will be void if they include at least one selection involving a player who has not yet been on the field for at least one play. The rules outlined below are all applied subject to and subsequent to the application of this rule.
b. . If every selection within an SGM on the game is already a winner where the fact of abandonment had no impact on the outcome of each selection, the SGM in its entirety will be treated as a winner. For example, a 2-leg SGM containing an over total points selection and a certain player to score a touchdown, in a game where the required points have been reached and the player did score a touchdown before the game was subsequently abandoned, will be treated as a winner. In this case, the abandonment had no impact on either selection. The same would not apply to an under total points selection where a game is abandoned while the total score is still under the chosen number, as the abandonment would impact that outcome.
c.. If a single selection of an SGM has lost and a match is then abandoned, the SGM will be treated as a loser, where regardless of the fact of abandonment, the selection(s) in question had been irrevocably concluded. For example, an SGM including a first team to score selection, in a game where the other team scored first and the match was subsequently then abandoned, will be treated as a loser.
Chapter 65BETBUILDER – ICE HOCKEY
The following document details the rules under which all singles and same game multi (SGM) BetBuilder ice hockey bets will be settled.
All ice hockey SGM selections must win (no ties, draws or pushes) for a bet to be deemed a winner.
This will not be relevant to NHL matches as they advance to shootouts after a tied overtime period (regular season) or play open-ended sudden death overtime (playoffs), but may be applicable to other ice hockey leagues or competitions as per their individual competition rules. Similarly, ‘Race to X’ selections where neither team reaches the selected score will be settled as losers, regardless of whether a ‘neither team to reach X’ selection was available as an alternate selection or not. If a period finishes scoreless, then goalscoring selections such as First or Last Goalscorer for that period will be settled as losers.
OVERTIME / SHOOTOUTS
All ice hockey matches will be settled on the official declared result including any overtime and shootouts. Goals scored in shootouts are disregarded for settlement purposes. The goal assigned to the score of a winning team after a shootout (e.g. the only goal in a game that finishes 0-0 after overtime and therefore 1-0 after the shootout) counts for the purposes of total game score and total team goal selections, but is not assigned to a player and does not count towards the settlement of any player scoring markets.
THIRD PERIOD MARKETS
All third period market selections do include overtime and the resultant goal from shootouts if they occur. For example, a total third period goals selection would include the goals scored in both the third period and the winning goal from either overtime or resulting from the shootout.
PLAYER-SPECIFIC MARKETS
All player selections will be considered active if a player takes to the rink as an active player at any point of the relevant match, regardless of whether the selection in question references a specific period of the match. If a player never enters the rink during a match, selections specific to that player will be void. For instance, a selection on a certain player to score in the third period would be active (and therefore settled as a loser) if that player played the first two minutes of a match, was injured, and did not return to the game, regardless of having never been on the ice during the third period. However, if that player was injured shortly before the game commenced, was withdrawn from the starting lineup (or bench) and never took the ice, the selection and therefore bet would be void.
- SGMs will be void if they include at least one selection involving a player who has not yet entered the rink as an active player. The rules outlined below are all applied subject to and subsequent to the application of this rule.
- If every selection within an SGM on the game is already a winner where the fact of abandonment had no impact on the outcome of each selection, the SGM in its entirety will be treated as a winner. For example, a 2-leg SGM containing an over total goals selection and a certain player to score, in a game where the required goals have been reached and the player did score before the game was subsequently abandoned, will be treated as a winner. In this case, the abandonment had no impact on either selection. The same would not apply to an under total goals selection where a game is abandoned while the total score is still under the chosen number, as the abandonment would impact that outcome.
- If a single selection of an SGM has lost and a match is then abandoned, the SGM will be treated as a loser, where regardless of the fact of abandonment, the selection(s) in question had been irrevocably concluded. For example, an SGM including a first team to score selection, in a game where the other team scored first and the match was subsequently then abandoned, will be treated as a loser. In this case, the bet had already lost, and this outcome could not be affected in any way by whether the game was subsequently abandoned or not.
- If there are no losing selections within an SGM and at least one void selection at the time of a match abandonment, the SGM will be treated as void. This rule applies where one or more selections are still undecided at abandonment, and may have won or lost if the game had been completed as scheduled. For example, an SGM including an over total goals selection, in a game abandoned while the total goals are still below the required amount, will be treated as void. In this case, the total goals selection was still undecided and may have won or lost but for the abandonment, so the bet will be voided.
VENUE CHANGES
If the venue of a match is changed from the one advertised, all bets on that match will be voided.
Chapter 66BETBUILDER - Tenis rules
The following document details the rules under which all singles and same game multi (SGM) BetBuilder Tennis bets will be settled.
All Tennis SGM selections must win (no ties, draws or pushes) for a bet to be deemed a winner. A selection that does not win, unless explicitly specified within this document, will be settled as a loser.
For instance, ‘How many player aces in match?’ selections where player does not reach the selected Aces number will be settled as losers.
If one or more selections in any bet are resulted as void due to the player(s) in question not participating in a game (as per section 4), the entire bet will be resulted as void. Selections voided for other reasons (typically game abandonment or postponement) will be resulted according to the rules outlined in section 6 of this document.
If penalty point(s) are awarded by the umpire, all bets on that game will stand.
TIE BREAK
All tennis matches will be settled on the official declared result including any tie breaker.
ATP Men’s Tournaments (Singles & Doubles)
Regular Tie Break to 7
Is undertaken when set score is 6 games all (6-6). First to seven (7) points (Unless advantage of 2 points has not been achieved – set will continue until player/team has reached at least 7 points and with advantage of 2 points). Every tie break counts as 1 game. Tiebreak markets to be settled to result each point*, game, set and match markets.
*Tie break points will not be counted for total game points markets.
Final Set Tiebreak to 10 (Super/Match Tiebreak)
Is undertaken when set score is 6 games all (6-6) in the final set. Final set tiebreak come into effect at all grand slam tournaments for men and women. (E.g. when 2 sets all for men – best of 5 sets).
First to ten (10) points (Unless advantage of 2 points has not been achieved – set will continue until player has reached at least 10 points and with advantage of 2 points). Every tie break counts as 1 game. Tiebreak markets to be settled to result each point*, game, set and match markets.
*Tie break points will not be counted for total game points markets.
Final Set Tiebreak to 10 (Super/Match Tiebreak)
Is undertaken when players have won a set each (1-1) and final set is decided by super tie break. Regular gameplay of 6 games all (6-6) to decide a tiebreak is not enforced in this instance, where a tiebreak is played as the first game of the final set. Same Tiebreak rules to 10 points apply to a Match Tiebreak scenario. Once match tiebreak has been decided the score in final set will be 7-6, however this only counts as one game for all “games” markets. Match tiebreak will not count toward any total match, set or player tiebreak markets.
*Mostly applies to Exhibition or regular Doubles tournaments.
WTA Women’s Tournaments (Singles & Doubles)
Regular Tie Break to 7
Is undertaken when set score is 6 games all (6-6).
First to seven (7) points (Unless advantage of 2 points has not been achieved – set will continue until player/team has reached at least 7 points and with advantage of 2 points). Every tie break counts as 1 game. Tiebreak markets to be settled to result each point*, game, set and match markets.
*Tie break points will not be counted for total game points markets.
Final Set Tiebreak to 10
Is undertaken when set score is 6 games all (6-6) in the final set. Final set tiebreak come into effect at all grand slam tournaments for men and women. (E.g. When 1 set all for women – best of 3 sets).
SET MARKETS
All set market selections include the tie break if scenario occurs. For example, Set 1 total aces selection would include total aces scored in the 1st set including the tiebreak.
PLAYER-SPECIFIC MARKETS
All player selections will be considered active after first point of the match is played. If player was to retire hurt/walkover before the match, selections specific to that player and match will be void (See Section 5). However, if scenarios had already occurred before Player retired, then those bets would be resulted as usual. For instance, a selection on player A to win 1st Set, where Player A wins 1st Set, but then goes on to retire hurt in the 2nd set and did not return to the game, this bet would be a winner. However, if bet was for Player A to win 2nd set, this bet would be resulted as void. (See Section 6 for more examples).
POSTPONED, DELAYED AND INCOMPLETE MATCHES
If there is a change to the schedule or the day of the event, then the event’s start-time will be updated, and the markets will be left open.
If a match is postponed or incomplete, all bets will stand if the game is subsequently resumed during the tournament.
In case of any delay in the start of a match or a suspension (rain, darkness etc.) all markets remain unsettled and all bets will be settled after the match is resumed and completed.
In the event of a match starting but not being completed due to retirement or disqualification of any player or team, all undecided bets (including those on match winner market) are considered void. Bets on decided markets stand and are settled.
ABANDONED MATCHES
If a game is abandoned prior to commencement, and it falls within the same tournament rule for postponed matches, then follow rules as described above. If it is halted during play, and then resumed and completed, all bets will stand also as per section 5. E.g. If Player A wins 1st Set, and then Player B retires at the conclusion of the 1st Set, then all bets made on 1st Set will be resulted and settled as usual. If Player A wins 1st Set, then Player B retires during 2nd Set, where score in 2nd Set is 3-2, then markets for 2nd Set will be void, unless decided results have already occurred)>
If a game is halted after commencing but prior to completion, and it is not resumed and completed during the scheduled tournament, the following rules apply:
- SGMs will be void if they include at least one selection involving a player who retires hurt or walkover. The rules outlined below are all applied subject to and subsequent to the application of this rule.
- If every selection within an SGM on the game is already a winner where the fact of abandonment had no impact on the outcome of each selection, the SGM in its entirety will be treated as a winner. For example, a 2-leg SGM containing an over total match games selection and a certain player to have X aces, in a game where the required games have been reached and the player did have X aces before the game was subsequently abandoned, will be treated as a winner. In this case, the abandonment had no impact on either selection. The same would not apply to an under total games selection where a game is abandoned while the total score is still under the chosen number, as the abandonment would impact that outcome.
- If a single selection of an SGM has lost and a match is then abandoned, the SGM will be treated as a loser, where regardless of the fact of abandonment, the selection(s) in question had been irrevocably concluded. For example, an SGM including a first player to have ace selection, in a game where the other player had an ace first and the match was subsequently then abandoned, will be treated as a loser.
For example, an SGM including an over total match games selection, in a game abandoned while the total games are still below the required amount, will be treated as void. In this case, the total points selection was still undecided and may have won or lost but for the abandonment, so the bet will be voided.
VENUE OR SURFACE CHANGES
If the venue of a match is changed from the one advertised, all bets on that match will be voided.
Chapter 67Virtual Sports - LEAP
Virtual Sports are inspired by real sports and represent a computer randomly generated results, processed into visual feedback, where the outcomes are determined by teams’ /players’ statistics and numbers selected by a random number generator (RNG) (computer algorithm).
Virtual Sports is the general name given to any events or markets offered under the Virtual Sports category.
If not stated otherwise, all betting markets offered in Virtual Sports follow the same rules as the equivalent betting markets in real sports.
Virtual Football
Virtual football is an application which allows betting on virtual football matches between virtual football teams. The virtual football game is running as a virtual league where each team is playing against the other team twice during the football season. The outcome of the matches is generated by a random number generator with weighting applied proportions to the listed odds.
Minimum bet and maximum win
Betting in virtual football has some limits on the bet amount and win amount. These are dynamic and will vary depending on the type of bet, but will kick in to prevent you from placing bets which might be problematic in terms of payouts. We do this to ensure you will always receive the amount listed as a payout if your bet wins. If a limit prevent this payout, you will be asked to amend your bet amount before it will be accepted for submission.
Odds
You can set your odds individually (Fractional / Decimal). These all have their own nuances and it is a personal preference for what you are used to. None of these options affect your returns in any way - it is just different systems for calculating or comparing the return. The default system is Decimal, where the stake is multiplied by the decimal to calculate the return.
Basic Navigation
This depends on the number of the teams in the league. In the league containing 16 teams, each football Season consists of 60 Match days, each round consists 8 games which is split into to two matchdays. 4 games are played in parallel in each matchday and you can browse between the different games and watch the one you choose.
Each game has its broadcast stream and betting options. The tabs running across the top allow the option to browse between the different games and the countdown to the next matchday is presented above the betting options.
The main screen is presenting a video area, while below it, there are 2 betting options for each game that will be played in the matchday, where you can either bet on or choose to view more betting options for the different games.
There are also options to see league table, statistics on teams and view your bets and their outcome.
Placing a bet:
For pre-game bets on desktop you can select a bet by clicking on the odds. This will add the selection to the betting slip where you can set a stake and submit your bets.
For Half-Time bets you can select a bet by clicking on the odds at the Half-Time, this will open a pop up where you can select the chosen stake to bet on, from there you will directly place the bet without placing it in the bet slip.
On mobile, when placing a pre-game bet, you can decide to select ‘Submit Bet’ to place the bet directly or select ‘Bet Slip’ to place the bet on the bet slip to be submitted later.
Bets for a game will be closed when the game starts. If there are any outstanding bets for a game that has started, bet slip has not been submitted by this time, the bets will get greyed out of the betting slip and cannot be submitted.

Determining Return to Player (RTP)
For all the markets presented in this game, the customer can see all the possible outcomes and the prices offered. This allows the player to calculate the RTP of the market if they wish.
Two outcome bet
To determine the RTP of a Single Two outcome Bet, divide 100 by each of the potential odds. Add these figures together and divide 100 by the sum and multiply by 100 to obtain a percentage. This gives the overall RTP shown bottom right of the following table.
For example if the bet has two outcomes with the below decimal odds, here is an example of how the RTP can be calculated:

Minimum Bet and Maximum Win
Betting in the virtual tennis application has some limits: we have various minimum and maximum bet limits that may be applied.
Each match has its own broadcast stream and betting options. The tabs on the top right allow the selection between matches that are currently being played. Below the stream are the following options:
Player names and the match score are presented. Clicking on the name of the player will expand their details and give you more information about them and their history. By clicking on their name again, you will hide this extra information.
Placing a bet: after selecting a match, you can select the type of bets you want to select from (you can see all bets or only games, sets or full match bets). Each bet option can be expanded or collapsed in order to see the relevant odds for the bet, by clicking the odds of a bet an interface will be opened in which you can determine the exact amount you would like to place, either by typing the amount or use fixed amounts to choose the amount from. Clicking on “Place Bet” will submit the bet and park it in the “My Bets” section.
Please note that the odds of the markets get updated on an ongoing basis and are impacted by the outcomes of the preceding points continuously.
Under the My Bets section you can view your bets and the outcomes, including any wins and returns - so that you can always look back and find out if you won your bet/s.
Bets Explained
We offer a wide range of betting options; this section aims to help you understand these bets. Some of the main categories are explained below.
Two outcome Bets
Winner of Next Point
This bet is a straightforward two option bet that either player 1 or player 2 will win the next point. If the selected player wins then the bet will be a win and pay out, if the other player wins the bet will be a loss.
Number of Points
With this bet you choose whether the selected game will end up with under or over a specific number of points, the number is generally a half number to avoid ambiguity. So betting under 7.5 will win and pay out if the game has 7 points or less, 8 points or more will result in the bet being a loss, the exact total of 7.5 not being possible to achieve.
Game/Set/Match Winner
This bet is a straightforward two option bet that either player 1 or player 2 will win the current Game/Set/Match. If the selected player wins that Game/Set/Match then the bet will win and pay out, if the other player wins then the bet will be a loss.
Game Going to Deuce
This bet is a straightforward two option bet that the current game will go to Deuce. At the end of a game that goes to a Deuce then all bets on that game being a Deuce will win and pay out, if either player wins without a Deuce being achieved then the bet is a loss.
Multiple outcome Bets
Exact Score
This betting option allows you to select the specific score you predict the game / set / match will finish on. If the result is the selected score the bet is a win and will pay out, otherwise the bet is a loss.
When Bets Settle
There are 3 categories of bets these are Game Bets, Set Bets and Match Bets. Each respective category will only settle at the end of the given interval. So Game Bets only settle at the end of each games, Set Bets only settle at the end of each set and Match Bets only settle when the match is concluded.
Please note that even though some of the outcomes of bets may be known in advance of settling, Game bets will only settle at the end of a Game. This is most commonly noticed with Deuce bets and betting over Total Points, where even though you know your bet will win as soon as the deuce is reached we only settle at the end of the Game. Similarly Bets regarding the Total number of Games in a Set only settle at the end of that Set not necessarily at the point where it is known if the bet is a win or a loss.
Virtual Racing:
Betting on virtual races are presented in a similar way to real races. However rather than being based on a real event, the outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) with weighting applied proportional to the listed odds.
Minimum Bet and Maximum Win
Betting in virtual racing has some limits: we have various minimum and maximum bet limits that may be encountered. These are dynamic and will vary depending on the type of bet, but will kick in to prevent you placing bets for which we would not return at the correct payout. We do this to ensure you will always receive the amount listed as a payout if your bet wins. If a limit would prevent this payout, you will be asked to amend your bet amount before it will accept the submission.
Odds
You can set your odds individually (Fractional / Decimal).. These all have their own nuances and it is a personal preference for what you are used to. None of these options affect your returns in any way - it is just different systems for calculating or comparing the return. The default system is Decimal, where the stake is multiplied by the decimal to calculate the return.
Basic Navigation
Each race has its own broadcast stream and betting options. The tabs running across the top have the countdown to the next race and will allow you to switch between races of each type.
Below the stream are the following options:
Select which race you want to bet on: the next six are visible by default and you can scroll across to view the next 20 races.
Clicking on the name of the racer will expand their details and give you more information about them and their history. By clicking on their name again, you will hide this extra information.
Placing a bet: after selecting a race book, you can select a bet by clicking on the odds. This will add the selection to the betting slip
The bets for any race close 10 seconds before the start of a race. If the bet slip has not been submitted by this time, the bets will get greyed out of the betting slip and cannot be submitted.
Immediately below the stream, on the right hand side, there are options for viewing the latest results so that you can see who won in any of the past races. Besides, you can see your last bets and the outcomes, including any wins and returns - so that you can always look back and find out if you won your bet/s.
Bets Explained
We offer a wide range of betting options; this section aims to help you understand these bets. Some of the main categories are explained below.
Singles
Single – Win Bet
This is where you submit a bet on a single racer to win. If the selected racer does not finish in 1st place, no win is returned
Single – Place Bet
This bet can be slightly different depending on the number of racers in a race and is where you submit a bet on a single racer to finish in a prize winning place. If the selected racer does not finish in any of these places, then no win is returned.
Number of racers |
Prize winning places |
8-15 |
1st 2nd 3rd |
5-7 |
1st 2nd |
4 |
1st 2nd |
Single – E/W (Each Way) bet
This is a combination of the two above bets, win bet and place bet, and will cost double your stake. The E/W bet will pay out the Win and the Place return if the racer finishes in 1st place, or will pay out the place return if it places in paying position dependant on the race type.
Forecast (Straight Forecast)
A Forecast bet is where you predict which racer will finish in 1st and 2nd place. If you get both racers correctly predicted, you win. If just one of the racer is wrong, you get no return.
Reverse Forecast (Dual Forecast)
You can place this type of bet by using the “Any” button in the Forecast screen. This is an extension to the Forecast bet, where you select two racers that need to come in 1st and 2nd place, but in any order. This bet will cost double your stake and will return nothing if either racer does not finish in the top two.
Tricast
A Tricast bet is where you predict which racers will finish in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. If you get all 3 racers correctly predicted, you win. If just one of the racers is wrong, you get no return.
Reverse Tricast (Combination Tricast)
You can place this type of bet by using the “Any” button in the Tricast screen. This is an extension to the Tricast bet, where you select three horses that need to come in 1st 2 nd and 3rd place, but in any order. This bet will cost six times your stake and will return nothing if any of the three selected horses does not finish in the top three.
Multiples bets
In order to place this type of bet you need to select multiple racers from different races onto your bet slip. If you select more than one entrant for the same race, these options will be disabled.
You should be able to select win, place or e/w bets for the multiples but not combinations within the same multiple. If when you selected the entrants from the race screen you use a selection of types, they will be converted to whichever bet type is selected for the multiple.
The number in brackets beside the multiple abbreviation - i.e. DOU (10) - means that to place this bet with the currently selected racers this bet will cost 10 times the stake.
Accumulator
An Accumulator bet is 1 bet involving 2 or more selections in different races. All selections must be successful for the bet to win, with returns being reinvested in subsequent races.

Chapter 69POKER / POLISH POKER
Pokerbet is an online Texas Hold’em poker game. The game is played live 24/7.
Pokerbet is played with one standard deck of 52 cards. The object of the game is to have a better combination than your opponents. Bettors can bet on one of the six hands to win or on the winning combination, basing their decision on the situation on the table.
Each game is divided into 4 stages - preflop, flop, turn, and river.
Before each game, bettors can place bets on both the current game and on upcoming games. At the same time, multiple bets can be placed on different rounds of Pokerbet and other Operator’s games to increase the odds.
TERMS AND DEFINITIONS IN THE GAME:
- List of markets – a list of the markets offered to bettors which includes the following information: market code, market name (winning conditions), and odds. Bets on the game are accepted on the outcomes offered in the list of markets.
- Bet – one or more outcomes selected by the bettor from the list of markets whose value or conditions they believe will match the result of the game.
- Outcome – an option in the list of markets on which bets can be placed.
- Outcome code – the unique number stated in the printed list of markets or on the broadcast monitor that is used to identify this outcome in the betting software.
- Odds – a numerical multiplier rounded to two decimal places that is assigned to a particular outcome in the game to determine how much the bettor’s total stake on this outcome will be multiplied by if the result of the game matches the outcome or condition selected by the bettor. The odds indicate the mathematical probability of an outcome: the closer the odds are to one (1.00), the more likely it is that the outcome or condition of the bet will match the result of the game.
- Single – a bet on one outcome. The winnings will be equal to the stake amount multiplied by the odds on the selected outcome.
- Accumulator – a bet on several unrelated outcomes. The winnings will be equal to the stake amount multiplied by the odds of the accumulator. The odds of an accumulator are calculated by multiplying together the odds of all the outcomes making up the accumulator. An accumulator is only deemed to have won if all of the outcomes within it are predicted correctly.
- System – a set of accumulators, the number of which can be determined by the bettor. The winnings will be equal to the total winnings from all of the accumulators making up the system. Winnings from a system may be less than the total stake.
- Bet slip – an electronic or printed document confirming the transaction (bet) concluded between the bettor and the bookmaker for one or more bets. The bet slip contains the following information: date, time, bet slip number, information about the bets, total stake, overall odds, type of bet (single, accumulator or system), etc.
- Event (game) – one full card deal including all rounds (preflop, flop, turn, and river), beginning with the cards being shuffled and ending with the dealer revealing the fifth and final shared card (river) on the table, and announcing the result and the winner(s).
- Betting round – a period of time, measured with a countdown, during which bets are accepted. Each game consists of four betting rounds - preflop, flop, turn, and river.
- Deck – a set of 52 (fifty-two) cards that contains a card of all thirteen values in each of the four suits.
- Value – a symbol that indicates a card’s position in the deck, from two to ace (2 = two, 3 = three, 4 = four, 5 = five, 6 = six, 7 = seven, 8 = eight, 9 = nine, 10 = ten, J = jack, Q = queen, K = king, A = ace). Ace is the card with the highest value (except in cases where an ace appears as the low card in a “straight” or “straight flush” combination), while two has the lowest value.
- Suit – one of the card attributes. There are four suits (hearts ♥, diamonds ♦, spades ♠, and clubs ♣), and the symbol for each is marked on the card along with the value.
- Shoe – a device into which the cards are placed once they have been shuffled and from which they are drawn one after the other and placed on the table.
- Shuffling machine – a special certified device used to shuffle the cards at random.
- Spare deck – a deck that can be shuffled and used by the host in the event that the deck shuffled in the shuffling machine cannot be used in the game.
- Cut card – a special plastic card that is only used to cover the bottom card of the deck.
- Hand – one of the six positions on the table participating the game, marked as adjacent boxes on the tabletop, numbered 1 to 6.
- Shared cards – 5 (five) cards used by all of the hands at the table to create the highest scoring combination they can.
- Combination – a combination of five cards consisting of both the shared cards and the cards in players’ hands, or only of the shared cards. The best combination wins.
- Kicker – a card which does not form part of a combination and is only used to determine the winner in the event that two or more hands contain combinations of equal value. A hand can include one or more kickers.
- Flop – the first three shared cards, which are dealt after the second betting round.
- Turn – the fourth shared card, which is dealt after the flop and the third betting round.
- River – the fifth and final shared card, which is dealt after the flop, turn, and fourth betting round.
RULES OF THE GAME:
- Each hand receives 2 (two) cards face up. The shared cards are also dealt face up.
- The objective of the game is for each hand to form the strongest combination consisting of five cards from the two cards dealt to the hand and the five shared cards on the table. The hand(s) with the highest scoring combination wins.
- The game can end in a draw. If two or more hands have the same highest scoring combination and a winner cannot be determined using a kicker, winnings are paid to all bettors who placed bets on any of the winning hands. If the highest combination consists of the five shared cards, winnings are calculated and paid to all bettors who bet on any hand.
- Possible combinations from lowest to highest scoring:
- High Card – if none of the hands have formed a combination after the river card has been dealt, the winner is decided according to the highest card. When this happens, the values of the cards in each hand are compared, and the hand with the highest value combination wins. If two or more hands have the “high card”, the winner is the hand with the better kicker.
- One Pair – any two cards of the same value (two 6s, two aces, etc. For example, A♣ A♠ 3♠ 8♣ 10♥).
If two or more hands contain a Pair, the hand with the highest value Pair wins. If two or more hands have a Pair of the same value, the winner is the hand with the better kicker. - Two Pair – any two cards of the same value plus two other cards of the same value (e.g. Q♦ Q♥ 7♣ 7♠ 3♥). If two or more hands contain Two Pair, the hand with the highest value Pairs wins. If two or more hands have Two Pair of the same value, the winner is the hand with the better kicker.
- Three of a Kind – any three cards of the same value (e.g. J♦ J♥ J♣ 3♥ 8♠). If two or more hands contain a Three of a Kind, the hand with the highest value Three of a Kind wins. If two or more hands have a Three of a Kind of the same value, the winner is the hand with the better kicker.
- Straight – any five cards of consecutive values (e.g. 5♥ 6♠ 7♦ 8♦ 9♥ - an ace can serve as the lowest value card, e.g. А♥ 2♠ 3♦ 4♦ 5♥). If two or more hands contain a Straight, the hand with the highest value Straight wins.
- Flush – any five cards of the same suit (e.g. K♣ Q♣ 9♣ 8♣ 5♣). If two or more hands contain a Flush, the hand with the highest value Flush wins.
- Full House – any three cards of the same value plus two other cards of the same value (e.g. K♦ K♣ 8♥ 8♣ 8♥). If two or more hands contain a Full House, the hand with the highest value Full House wins. If several of the hands have a Full House where the three cards are of the same value, the one with the highest value pair wins.
- Four of a Kind – any four cards of the same value (e.g. A♥ A♦ A♣ A♠ 3♣). If two or more hands contain a Four of a Kind, the hand with the highest value Four of a Kind wins. If two or more hands have a Four of a Kind of the same value, the winner is the hand with the better kicker.
- Straight Flush – any five cards of consecutive values and the same suit (e.g. 6♥ 7♥ 8♥ 9♥ 10♥ - an ace can serve as the lowest value card, e.g. А♥ 2♥ 3♥ 4♥ 5♥).
If two or more hands contain a Straight Flush, the hand with the highest value Straight Flush wins. - Royal Flush – five cards of consecutive values and the same suit from 10 to Ace (10♥ J♥ Q♥ K♥ A♥). This is the highest hand in poker.
- Each game consists of four rounds for submitting standard and/or combination bet slips.
- Bets on different rounds of the current game cannot be combined.
- If the results of any game are declared void for any reason, any bets in combination bet slips will be settled at odds of 1.00, and will count towards the overall odds of said bet slips at these odds.
- Parameters that are regulated by the betting company:
- The maximum and minimum stake, the maximum winnings from a bet slip or outcome, and other financial limits.
- The odds offered in the list of markets and changes to these odds.
GAME PROCEDURE:
- Each new game begins with the shuffled deck being removed from the shuffling machine and placed in the shoe.
- Preflop – the first betting round, which begins before any cards are dealt. Bettors can place bets on hands or combinations at the starting odds. Once the betting round has finished, the dealer deals out twelve cards, two to each of the six hands. The cards are dealt to each hand one at a time, starting with hand 1. Once hand 6 has received their first card, hand 1 is dealt a second card, and so on until the 12th and final card has been dealt to hand 6.
- Flop – the second betting round. The odds for all hands and combinations are updated and the second betting round begins. Once the betting round has ended, the dealer immediately deals three shared cards.
- Turn – the third betting round. The odds for all hands and combinations are updated and the third betting round begins. Once the betting round has ended, the dealer deals the fourth shared card.
- River – the fourth betting round. The odds for all hands and combinations are updated and the fourth betting round begins. Once the betting round has ended, the dealer deals the fifth shared card. A winner is then determined. The dealer announces the results and places the cards in the shuffling machine, where they are shuffled.
SPECIAL CASES:
- Canceled games. A game or its result may be canceled if:
- one or more cards are marked or damaged,
- one or more cards appear face up in the deck and the value, suit, or color is visible due to improper shuffling,
- the dealer incorrectly scans one or more cards and as a result, the scanner readings do not match the card (or cards) on the table,
- the scanner cannot read a card, or the scanner readings do not match the card on the table,
- technical issues affect the shuffling machine, equipment in the studio, software, or the internet connection.
- In the event that a game or its result is canceled, all bets on said game will be declared void and will be refunded to bettors at odds of 1.00.
- “Burning” cards. If the dealer draws a card from the shoe during a betting round and reveals the face of that card to bettors, this card is “burned” and cannot be used in that game. The dealer will make this known to the bettors and place the card on the table face-down to their right. Once the betting round has ended, the dealer will draw the next card from the shoe and continue the game.
- Discrepancies between the broadcast of a game and the information on an accepted bet slip (different odds, a winning or losing hand declared incorrectly, etc.) are considered technical errors. Bets placed on this game will be considered void if the bettor can provide sufficient evidence of an error in the broadcast (for example, a photo or video clip).
ORGANIZATION OF THE GAME:
- Games are held live, 24/7, with scheduled maintenance breaks.
- Scheduled maintenance works are carried out every Tuesday (5:00–6:00 UTC).
CARDS AND THE DECK:
- The game uses a standard deck of 52 (fifty-two) cards. Each card has a unique bar code which is scanned when the card is dealt using a scanner built into the table. The software uses this bar code to determine the value and suit of the card.
- To ensure fair play, the decks are replaced several times each day.
- If one or more cards fall off the table or disappear from bettors’ view, the deck is replaced.
- The deck is replaced if one or more cards are marked or damaged.
EQUIPMENT USED IN THE GAME:
- A standard deck of 52 (fifty-two) cards.
- A cut card.
- A card shoe.
- A poker table with six boxes, numbered 1 to 6 for each of the hands, and five boxes in the center of the table for shared cards.
- A scanner built into the table.
- A shuffling machine.

Additional information:
- These rules may be published in several languages for informational purposes, but only the English version can be used as a legal basis for resolving disputes between a bettor and the betting company. In case of any differences between the English-language rules and any other language, the English-language version takes precedence.
- Any potential appeals by bettors regarding the results of a game and/or other technical issues will be considered only where paper or digital confirmation (receipt, screenshot, video) of the bet in question is available, provided that less than 30 (thirty) calendar days have passed since the day of the game.
Chapter 70WAR OF ELEMENTS
WAR OF ELEMENTS - a simple and fast game between player and dealer. The game takes place in LIVE mode around the clock. The presenter (dealer) welcomes players with each new draw. Bets within the draw can be made before the player’s card is dealt and when the player’s card is dealt.
WAR uses one simple deck of 52 cards. The first player gets the card, then, after a short period of time the dealer gets a card. Cards on the table are compared and the winner is determined - the result may be the victory of the dealer or player. A WAR is possible in the game if the player’s and dealer’s cards are the same, then there is no winner and this is the third possible result of the game.
The game offers betting options on the result, color, suit, the exact value of the next card, over/under, a figure card or a non-figure card.
Before each current card dealing it’s possible to bet on it as well as on the next card dealing. At the same time, bets on different draws can be combined both within the framework of the War of Elements, and within the framework of other TV BET games offered by the betting shop, while receiving a complicated and improved odds.
TERMS AND DEFINITIONS IN THE GAME:
- Odds - a numeric multiplier with thousandths of decimal points assigned to a specific type of game outcome, which determines how many times the player’s bet on this type of outcome will be increased to determine his winnings if the outcome of the game and the outcome or his condition matches. The magnitude of the odds determines the mathematical probability of the outcome - the closer the odds is to one (1.000), the more likely the outcome or its condition will coincide with the result of the game.
- Card attributes - the characteristics of any card from the deck, by which it can be distinguished from other cards of the deck: value, color, suit.

RULES OF THE GAME:
- The game takes place between two sides - the player and the dealer. The dealer opens up one card to herself and the player each round.
- The sequence of card dealing:
- Sides receive one card at a time, until both sides have one open card.
- The player’s side always gets the card first.
- When both sides received one open card, the situation is considered and it is determined whether any of the sides won the draw (player or dealer) or the round ended with war.
- The goal of the game is to get a card that is higher in value than opponent’s card.
- The side with higher value of the card wins after both sides got one card.
- If the player and the dealer have the same card value (no matter which color) after the cards are dealt, the war is considered as the outcome of the draw.
- Each current draw has two rounds for receiving simple and/or combined coupons with its participation:
- The time for accepting bets for current and upcoming draws consists of the first round (Initial Bets) and the second round (Player’s Card). Each round lasts for twenty (20) seconds.
- In the current draw, one or more outcomes can be added to the same coupon. Players can place bets on a several outcomes of one game as single coupon only.
- In the framework of betting rounds for the current draw, in addition to the current draw, it’s possible to add only one outcome from any other War Of Elements games to the accumulator coupon.
- As a part of the betting round for the current draw, it’s possible to add only one outcome from any other War Of Elements game and other TVBET games to the accumulator coupon, taking into account the countdown of the new round or the start of the LIVE broadcasts of these games (so that the component outcomes are not out of date until the coupon is accepted).
- Bets from different rounds of the current game cannot be combined with each other.
- The amount of winnings for combination coupon is calculated by a complex rate of the accumulator multiplied by the amount of winning.
- If the result of a game was cancelled for technical or other reasons in a combination coupon with any bets, then the outcome rates for all bets on this game are changed to one (1.000) and these rates participate in the calculation of the new total of the coupon odds.
- The parameters of the games, which are regulated by the betting shop:
- The maximum and minimum amount of the bet, the maximum winning of the coupon or the outcome and other financial limits.
- The amount of the odds in the line and their change.
CARD DEALING PROCESS:
- Initial bets. The first round of betting in the framework of the draw, when no one has yet been dealt a card. This round bets can be made on the player’s card, the war or the dealer’s card and other outcomes within the line.
- Player’s card. Second round of betting. After completing the first betting round, the player receives an open card and new outcome odds are displayed on the screen. This means the start of the second round of betting. Bets made in the first round do not affect the bets of the second betting round, so players can make their bets on the same or different outcomes more than once.
- Dealer’s card, the result of the game. After the second betting round, the dealer opens the card to herself and determines the outcome of the draw. After this, the betting round begins. The initial bets of the next draw starts.
- Cards change:
- When there are no cards left in the shoe after the current draw, the dealer announces that the shoe will be replaced by a new shoe.
- When there are no cards left in the shoe, it is replaced by a new shoe with shuffled cards (one deck). This procedure is carried out by the assistant dealer in real time so that the replacement process can be easily observed.
- Cards shuffling. When the shoe and the new shoe are swapped (Cards change), the assistant dealer carefully removes cards from the played shoe, shuffles them and places them into the empty shoe.

- The scanner did not scan the card or its readings do not match the card on the table.
- The card or cards are in the wrong place or are mixed up.
- A technical problem occurs (Internet connection failure, technical failure in the studio, dealer’s error).

- The card or cards fall off the table or are not visible on the screen by a mistake of the dealer.
- The card or cards in the deck are face up, and the picture/number becomes visible due to incorrect shuffling.
- The dealer forgets to use a cutting card.
- The dealer incorrectly scans the card or cards and the scanner readings do not match the card on the table.
- In the case of the cancellation of the draw, all bets on it are also cancelled and the bets are returned to players (odds by one).
- In case of technical failure (loss of Internet connection, scanner failure, etc.) or dealer’s mistakes (scanned one card or cards are in the wrong place, card fell off the table, etc.), the shoe with the deck is replaced with a new one.

Chapter 71Blackjack
TERMS AND DEFINITIONS IN THE GAME:
- Event (game) – one complete deal, which begins with the cards being shuffled and ends when either the player or the dealer wins, or there is a draw.
- Betting round – a period of time, measured with a countdown, during which bets are accepted. Each game includes at least one betting round. A second round of betting begins if the player doesn’t get a blackjack with their first two cards.
- Odds – a numerical multiplier rounded to two decimal places that is assigned to a particular outcome in the game to determine how much the bettor’s total stake on this outcome will be multiplied by. It is used to calculate the bettor’s winnings if the result of the game matches the outcome or condition selected by the bettor. The odds indicate the mathematical probability of an outcome: the closer the odds are to one (1.00), the more likely it is that the outcome or condition of the bet will match the result of the game.
- Suit – one of the card attributes. There are four suits (hearts ♥, diamonds ♦, spades ♠, and clubs ♣), and the symbol for each is marked on the card along with the value.
- Deck – a set of 52 (fifty-two) cards with a unique barcode containing cards of all thirteen values (from two to ace) in each of the four suits.
- Shuffling machine – a special, certified device for randomly shuffling cards.
- Shoe – a device from which the cards are taken to be dealt to players during the game.
- Cut card – a special black plastic card that is not used in the game; it is used only to cover the bottom card of the deck after shuffling so that it cannot be seen.
- Blackjack – when the value of the first two cards to be dealt is equal to 21 (Ace + any picture card or 10). It is the highest scoring combination in the game. A blackjack always wins, even if the opponent has 21 or any other cards that aren’t a blackjack. If both the dealer and the player have a blackjack, the game ends in a draw.
- Player to win – a result of the game where the player has more points than the dealer, or the dealer goes bust.
- Dealer to win – a result of the game where the dealer has more points than the player, or the player goes bust.
- Draw – a result of the game where the player and the dealer have the same number of points.
- Blackjack win – a result of the game where either the player or the dealer wins with a blackjack.
- Player to win with a blackjack – a result of the game where the player wins with a blackjack.
- Dealer to win with a blackjack – a result of the game where the dealer wins with a blackjack.
- Win with 2 cards – a result of the game where the player or the dealer wins with two cards in their hand.
- Win with 3 cards – a result of the game where the player or the dealer wins with three cards in their hand.
- Win with 4 cards – a result of the game where the player or the dealer wins with four cards in their hand.
- Win with 5 cards – a result of the game where the player or the dealer wins with five cards in their hand.
- Win with 17 – a result of the game where the player or the dealer wins with a total of 17 points.
- Win with 18 – a result of the game where the player or the dealer wins with a total of 18 points.
- Win with 19 – a result of the game where the player or the dealer wins with a total of 19 points.
- Win with 20 – a result of the game where the player or the dealer wins with a total of 20 points.
- Win with 21 – a result of the game where the player or the dealer wins with a total of 21 points.
- Bust – a result of the game where the player or the dealer goes over 21 points.
- No bust – a result of the game where neither the player nor the dealer goes over 21 points.
- Bet – an outcome or condition, chosen from the list of markets, which the bettor believes will match the actual result of the game.
- Stake – the amount of money that the bettor offers to the bookmaker. The stake is multiplied by the odds to determine the amount of winnings awarded in the event that their bet or bets win.
- Current game – a round of the game on which bets can be placed at the current moment. A countdown to the next card draw in any round of the current game is shown on the broadcast monitor.
- Upcoming games – rounds of the game on which bets can be placed at the current moment, but which will only take place after the current game or others following it.
- Bet slip – an electronic or printed document confirming the transaction (bet) concluded between the bettor and the bookmaker on one or more bets. The bet slip contains the following details: date, time, bet slip number, information about the bets, total stakes, overall odds, type of bet (single, accumulator or system), etc. Bets on the current game and/or subsequent games of the same type can be added to the bet slip, as can bets on other games.
- Standard bet slip – a bet slip on which the bets, odds and winnings are calculated according to the rules for single bets.
- Combination bet slip – a bet slip on which the bets, odds, and winnings are calculated according to the rules for accumulator or system bets.
- Single – a way of calculating a bet slip where the total winnings are determined by simply adding up the winnings from each bet on the bet slip.
- Accumulator – a way of calculating a combination bet slip where the total winnings are determined by multiplying the overall stake on the bet slip by the overall odds, which are in turn calculated by multiplying together the odds of the constituent bets, provided that all the bets win.
- List of markets – a full list of all the markets offered to bettors which includes the following information: market code, market name (winning conditions), and odds. Bets on the game are accepted based on the outcomes in the list of markets.
- Outcome – one of the options in the list of markets. This could be an exact result or a condition which must be met that allows the bettor to predict the result of the game with a certain level of probability, which is expressed in the size of the odds for this outcome.
- Market code – a unique number included in the printed list of markets or on the monitor showing the broadcast and used to identify a particular market in the betting software.
RULES OF THE GAME:
- The game is played between a player and the dealer. The dealer’s cards are located closer to the dealer, while the player’s cards are further away.
- Points are assigned to the cards in accordance with their value in the deck: 2 – two points, 3 – three points, 4 – four points, 5 – five points, 6 – six points, 7 – seven points, 8 – eight points, 9 – nine points, 10 – ten points. The picture cards are an exception: J (jack) – ten points, Q (queen) – ten points, K (king) – ten points, A (ace) – one or, if possible without causing a bust, eleven points.
- The object of the game is for one opponent to collect more points than the other, without exceeding 21 points.
- Only three outcomes are possible in the game: the player wins, the dealer wins, or there is a draw.
- In the first round, the dealer deals one card to the player, one to the dealer, and then one more to the player.
- If the player gets a blackjack in the first round, and if the dealer has an Ace, King, Queen, Jack or 10, then the dealer receives another card in the second round, and if the dealer then gets a blackjack, the game ends in a draw. Otherwise, the player wins. If the dealer does not have one of the abovementioned cards, they will not receive a second card and the game ends with the player winning.
- The current game can have one or two betting rounds, during which standard and/or combination bet slips are accepted on the game.
- It is possible to place more than one bet on the current game using the same bet slip. Bettors can place several bets on the same game using a standard bet slip only.
- During the betting rounds for a game, bettors can add one outcome for any upcoming Blackjack games to a combination bet slip in addition to bets on the current game; however, only one bet per game is permitted.
- During the betting round for the current Blackjack game, bettors can add several bets for any other Blackjack games or other TVBet games to a combination bet slip; however, only one bet per game is permitted, and the countdown to the start of the LIVE broadcasts of these games must be taken into account to ensure that the outcomes included are still valid when the bet slip is submitted.
- Bets on different rounds of the current game cannot be combined.
- If the results of any game included in a combination bet slip are canceled due to technical or other reasons, the odds for all bets on this game are changed to one (1.00) and are included when calculating the new overall odds for the bet slip.
- Game settings that are regulated by the betting company:
- Maximum and minimum stake, the maximum winnings from a bet slip or outcome, and other financial limits.
- Odds in the list of markets and changes to these odds.
GAME PROCEDURE:
- Each new game begins with the shuffled deck being removed from the shuffling machine and put in the shoe.
- When the first betting round ends, the dealer gives one card to the player, one to the dealer, and then one more to the player. If the player gets a blackjack in the first round, and if the dealer does not have an Ace, King, Queen, Jack, or 10, the player wins. In all other instances, the second betting round begins.
- When the second betting round ends, the dealer gives cards to the player until they have between 17 and 21 points or go bust. If they go bust, the dealer wins.
- If the player already has 17 to 21 points, the dealer stops giving cards to them and begins giving cards to themselves. The dealer deals cards to themselves until they have between 17 and 21 points or go bust. If they go bust, the player wins.
- If both the player and the dealer get 17 to 21 points, no more cards are dealt, and whoever has more points wins. If both the player and the dealer have the same number of points, the game ends in a draw.
- Whoever gets a blackjack always wins, unless both the player and the dealer get a blackjack, in which case the game ends in a draw.
SPECIAL CASES:
- Voided games (results). A game or its result may be voided if:
- The scanner cannot read a card, or the scanner readings do not match the card on the table.
- There are technical issues, including errors on the part of the dealer, internet connection problems, or technical faults in the studio.
- Errors on the part of the dealer which may lead to the cancelation of a game:
- A card (or cards) is (are) marked or damaged.
- Due to an error on the part of the dealer, a card (or cards) falls (fall) off the table or is (are) not visible on the screen.
- The dealer incorrectly scans a card (or cards) and as a result, the scanner readings do not match the card (or cards) on the table.
- If the results of a game are voided, all bets on the game in question are voided and refunded to bettors (settled at odds of one (1.00)).
- “Burning” cards. If the dealer draws a card from the shoe during a betting round and, by doing so, reveals the face of that card to bettors, this card is “burned” and cannot be used in that game. The dealer will make this known to the bettors and place the card face down on their right-hand side. Once the betting round has ended, the dealer will draw the next card from the shoe and continue the game.
- Discrepancies between the broadcast of a game and the information on a bet slip accepted on that same round of the game (different odds, a winning or losing hand declared incorrectly) are considered technical errors. Bets placed on such a game will be considered void if the bettor can provide sufficient evidence of an error in the broadcast (such as a photo or video clip).

Chapter 73INDIAN POKER
Indian Poker is an Indian card game, its name translates as “Three Cards”. It is also known as “Flush”.
The game is played live, 24 hours a day and uses one standard deck of 52 cards. After shuffling the deck, the dealer draws one card for each player until both players have three cards, which make up a hand. The object of the game is to have a better hand than your opponent. Bettors can place bets on which player will win or on the winning hand.
Before each game, bettors can place bets on both the current game and on upcoming rounds. Equally, multiple bets on different rounds can be placed in combination on Teen Patti and other TVBet games offered by the bookmaker to get the best odds.
TERMS AND DEFINITIONS IN THE GAME:
- Event (game) – one complete deal, which begins with the cards being shuffled and ends when the dealer has dealt Player B’s third card.
- Betting round – a period of time, measured with a countdown, when bets are accepted. One game consists of six betting rounds.
Ace is the card with the highest value, while two has the lowest value.
- Suit – one attribute of each card. Each card is marked as belonging to one of the four suits (hearts ♥, diamonds ♦, spades ♠, clubs ♣), with the corresponding symbol, which appears on the card together with its value. Hearts ♥ and diamonds ♦ are red, while spades ♠ and clubs ♣ are black.
- Deck – a set of 52 (fifty-two) cards with cards of all thirteen values in each of the four suits.
- Shoe – a device from which the cards are taken to be dealt.
- Kicker – a card that does not itself form part of a hand combination, but which can be used to establish the winning hand.
- Cut card – a special plastic card that is not used in the game itself; it is only used to cover the bottom card of the deck after shuffling so that it cannot be seen.
- Hand – the set of three cards that Player A and Player B are each dealt.
- High card – the card with the highest value. If neither player has at least a two-card hand combination, the winner is determined according to the high card.
- Pair – a hand combination made up of any 2 cards with the same value (two sixes, two aces, etc.). For example, A♣A♠3♠.
- Flush – a hand combination made up of any 3 cards of the same suit but with any value. For example, K♣Q♣9♣.
- Straight – a hand combination made up of any 3 cards with consecutive values. For example, 7♥8♠9♦. A straight can also begin with an ace, for example, A♥2♠3♦. However, the combination K♥A♠2♦ is not considered a straight.
- Straight flush – a hand combination made up of any 3 cards with consecutive values, all of the same suit. For example, 8♥9♥10♥.
- Three of a kind – a hand combination made up of any 3 cards of the same value. For example, J♦J♥J♣.
- Player A wins – the result or outcome of a game where Player A has a better hand than their opponent.
- Player B wins – the result or outcome of a game where Player B has a better hand than their opponent.
- BACK – the result or outcome in a game where one of the players has a better hand than their opponent.
Potential winnings = stake x odds.
Potential loss = stake.
- LAY – the opposite of BACK, where the chosen player DOES NOT WIN, i.e. has a worse hand than their opponent.
Potential winnings = stake.
Potential loss = stake x odds.
- Draw – a situation in a game where a winner cannot be determined.
- Bet – an outcome or condition, chosen from the list of markets by the bettor, which they believe will match the actual result of the game.
- Stake – the amount of money that the bettor offers to the bookmaker, which is multiplied by the odds to determine the amount of winnings awarded if their bet or bets win.
- Current game – a round in the game on which bets can be placed at the current moment, where a countdown to the next card draw in any round is shown on the broadcast monitor.
- Upcoming games – rounds on which bets can be placed at the current moment, but which will only take place after the current round or others following it.
- Bet slip – an electronic or printed document confirming the transaction (bet) concluded between the player and the bookmaker on one or more bets. The bet slip contains the following details: date, time, bet slip number, information about the bets, total stakes, overall odds, type of bet (single, accumulator or system), etc. Bets on the current game and/or upcoming games of the same type can be added to the bet slip, as can bets on other games.
- Accumulator – a way of calculating a combination bet slip where the total winnings are determined by multiplying the overall stake on the bet slip by the overall odds, which are in turn calculated by multiplying the odds of the constituent bets, provided that all the bets win.
- List of Markets – the full list of all the markets offered to participants together with the following: market code, market name (winning conditions), and odds. Bets on the game are accepted according to the options in the list of markets.
- Outcome – an option in the list of markets. This could be an exact result, or a condition that must be met, which allows the bettor to predict the result of the game with a certain level of probability, which is expressed in the size of the odds for this market.
- Outcome code – a unique number included in the printed list of markets or on the monitor showing the broadcast and used to identify a particular market in the betting software.
RULES OF THE GAME:
- The object of the game is to have a better hand than your opponent.
- The game consists of six rounds. At each stage of the game, each player is dealt a card until they have three each.
- Draw. If the players have the same hand (including the kicker), a draw is declared and all bets will be refunded, including those on winning hands (no single hand won).
- Ranking of the possible hand combinations, from lowest to highest: 1) High card (weakest), 2) Pair, 3) Flush, 4) Straight, 5) Straight Flush, 6) Three of a Kind (strongest).
- If neither player has at least a two-card hand combination, the winner is determined according to the high card. If the high cards are the same, then the second card is used, if the second cards are also the same, then the third card is used. For example, A87 beats K87, and AK10 beats AK9. If the players have the same hand, a draw is declared and all bets are refunded, including those on winning hands.
- If both players have a Pair, the player with the pair of a higher value wins. If the value of the pairs is the same, the winner is determined according to the kicker (the remaining card). For example, AAQ beats KKQ, and AAK beats AAQ. If the players have the same hand (including the kicker), a draw is declared and all bets are refunded, including those on winning hands.
- If both players have a Flush, the player whose hand contains the high card wins. If the high cards are the same, then the second card is used, if the second cards are also the same, then the third card is used. For example, AK10 ♥ beats KQ10 ♠, and AK10 ♥ beats AK9 ♠. If the players have the same hand, a draw is declared and all bets are refunded, including those on winning hands.
- If both players have a Straight, the player whose hand has the high card wins. For example, AKQ beats KQJ, and A23 beats KQJ.
If the players have the same hand, a draw is declared and all bets are refunded, including those on winning hands.
- If both players have a Straight Flush, the player whose hand has the high card wins. For example, AKQ ♥ beats KQJ ♣, and A23 ♥ beats KQJ ♣.
If the players have the same hand, a draw is declared and all bets are refunded, including those on winning hands.
- If both players have Three of a Kind, the player whose hand consists of higher value card wins. For example, AAA beats KKK.
- Each current game consists of six rounds for submitting standard and/or combination bet slips for participation.
- It is possible to place more than one bet on the current draw using the same bet slip. Bettors can place several bets on the same game using a standard bet slip only.
- During the betting rounds for the current draw, one outcome for any other upcoming Teen Patti draws can be added to a combination bet slip in addition to bets on the current game; however, only one bet per game is permitted.
- During the betting round for the current Teen Patti draw, several bets for any Teen Patti draws or other TVBET games (on which accumulators are valid) can be added to a combination bet slip; however, only one bet per game/draw is permitted, and the countdown to the start of the LIVE broadcasts of these games must be considered (so that the outcomes included are not out of date when the bet slip is submitted).
- Bets on different rounds of the current game cannot be combined.
- The total winnings from a combination bet slip are calculated by multiplying the combined accumulator odds by the total stake.
- If the results of any game included in a combination bet slip are voided for technical or other reasons, the odds for all bets on this game are changed to one (1.00) and are included in the calculation of the new overall odds for the bet slip.

Chapter 74War of Elements: ANDAR BAHAR
War of Elements:Andar Bahar is a popular Indian game. Despite its simplicity, this unique game is great fun. The game is played live, 24 hours a day and uses one standard deck of 52 cards. After shuffling the deck, the dealer reveals one card – the “joker” card – and places it on the table in a specially-marked spot. They then begin to deal cards to the Andar and Bahar sides, one at a time. The aim of the game is to guess whether a card with the same value as the “joker” card will be dealt to the Andar or the Bahar side.
Before each game, bettors can place bets on both the current game and on upcoming games. Equally, multiple bets on different games can be placed in combination on Andar Bahar and other TVBet games offered by the bookmaker to get increased odds.
TERMS AND DEFINITIONS IN THE GAME:
- Event (game) – one complete deal, which begins with the cards being shuffled and ends when the dealer deals a card with the same value as the “joker” card.
- Odds – a numerical multiplier rounded to three decimal places that is assigned to a particular outcome in the game to determine how much the bettor’s total stake on this outcome will be multiplied by. It is used to calculate the bettor’s winnings if the result of the game matches the outcome or condition selected by the bettor. The odds indicate the mathematical probability of an outcome: the closer the odds are to one (1.000), the more likely it is that the outcome or condition of the bet will match the result of the game.
- Value – a symbol that indicates a card’s position in the deck, from ace to king (A = ace, 2 = two, 3 = three, 4 = four, 5 = five, 6 = six, 7 = seven, 8 = eight, 9 = nine, 10 = ten, J = jack, Q = queen, K = king). The king is the highest value card, while ace is the lowest.
- Suit – one of the card attributes. There are four suits (hearts ♥, diamonds ♦, spades ♠, clubs ♣), and the symbol for each is marked on the card along with the value.
- “Joker” card – the first card to be dealt and placed face up on the table. It determines the value of the card that must be dealt to the Andar or Bahar side.
- Andar – the place on the side of the table closest to the presenter onto which cards are dealt, with “ANDAR” written in capital letters on the table. Bettors can predict whether a card with the same value as the “joker” card will be dealt to this side of the table.
- Bahar – the place on the side of the table furthest from the presenter onto which cards are dealt, with “BAHAR” written in capital letters on the table. Bettors can predict whether a card with the same value as the “joker” card will be dealt to this side of the table.
- Betting round – a period of time, measured with a countdown, during which bets are accepted. One game includes two betting rounds.
- Cut card – a special plastic card that is not used in the game itself; it is only used to cover the bottom card of the deck after shuffling so that it cannot be seen.
- Bet – an outcome or condition, chosen from the list of markets by the bettor, which they believe will match the actual result of the game.
- Stake – the amount of money that the bettor offers to the bookmaker, which is multiplied by the odds to determine the amount of winnings awarded in the event that their bet or bets win.
- Current game – a round of the game on which bets can be placed at the current moment. A countdown to the next card draw in either round of this game is shown on the broadcast monitor.
- Upcoming games – rounds of the game on which bets can be placed at the current moment, but which will only take place after the current game or others following it.
- Bet slip – an electronic or printed document confirming the transaction (bet) concluded between the bettor and the bookmaker on one or more bets. The bet slip contains the following details: date, time, bet slip number, information about the bets, total stake, overall odds, type of bet (single, accumulator or system), etc. Bets on the current game and/or upcoming games of the same type can be added to the bet slip, as can bets on other games.
- Accumulator – a way of calculating a combination bet slip where the total winnings are determined by multiplying the overall stake on the bet slip by the overall odds, which are in turn calculated by multiplying the odds of the constituent bets, provided that all the bets win.
- List of Markets – a full list of all the markets offered to bettors which includes the following information: market code, market name (winning conditions), and odds. Bets on the game are accepted according to the outcomes offered in the list of markets.
- The game consists of two stages. In the first stage, the “joker” card is dealt. In the second stage, cards are dealt one-by-one to the Andar and Bahar sides alternately until a card with the same value as the “joker” card is dealt.
- How the cards are dealt:
- After shuffling the cards, the dealer deals one (1) card face up on the table. This is the “joker” card.
- Once the “joker” card has been dealt, the dealer begins to deal one (1) card each to the Andar and Bahar sides alternately, starting with the Andar side.
- Once a card with the same value as the “joker” card is dealt, the game ends, the winner is determined, and the next game begins.
- The aim of the game is to guess whether a card with the same value as the “joker” card will be dealt to the Andar or the Bahar side.
- The game has only two possible outcomes: ANDAR to win or BAHAR to win. Andar Bahar cannot end in a draw.
- During the first betting round, bettors can also predict the color of the “joker” card, and whether the value of the “joker” card will be over, under, or exactly seven (7).
- For a bet on “under 7” to win, the “joker” card must have one of the following values: A = ace, 2 = two, 3 = three, 4 = four, 5 = five, 6 = six.
- For a bet on “over 7” to win, the “joker” card must have one of the following values: 8 = eight, 9 = nine, 10 = ten, J = jack, Q = queen, K = king.
- For a bet on “exactly 7” to win, the “joker” card must have a value of 7 = seven.
- The “joker” card is not taken into account when counting the number of cards dealt before a card matching the “joker” card’s value is dealt to the Andar or Bahar side.
- Each game includes two betting rounds for submitting standard and/or combination bet slips for participation.
- It is possible to place more than one bet on the current game using the same bet slip. Bettors can place several bets on the same game using a standard bet slip only.
- During the betting rounds for a game, bettors can add one outcome for any upcoming Andar Bahar games to a combination bet slip in addition to bets on the current game; however, only one bet per game is permitted.
- During the betting round for the current Andar Bahar game, bettors can add several bets for any other Andar Bahar games or other TVBet games to a combination bet slip; however, only one bet per game is permitted, and the countdown to the start of the LIVE broadcasts of these games must be taken into account to ensure that the outcomes included are still valid when the bet slip is submitted.
- Bets on different rounds of the same game cannot be combined.
- The total winnings from a combination bet slip are calculated by multiplying the overall accumulator odds by the total stake.
- If the results of any game included in a combination bet slip are voided for technical or other reasons, the odds for all bets on this game are changed to one (1.000) and are included in the calculation of the new overall odds for the bet slip.
- Game parameters that are regulated by the betting company:
- The maximum and minimum stake, the maximum payout for each bet slip or bet, and other financial limits.
- Odds in the list of markets and changes to these odds.
GAME PROCEDURE:
- First betting round. At this point, the dealer shuffles the cards. At this stage, bets can be placed on any of the outcomes offered in the list of markets. Once the betting round ends, the dealer deals the “joker” card face up on the table.
- Second betting round. The “joker” card is already on the table. At this stage, bets can be placed on Andar or Bahar to win, on the color of the winning card, and on the number of cards that will be dealt before a card with the same value as the “joker” card appears. At the end of the betting round, the dealer begins to deal one (1) card each to the Andar and Bahar sides alternately, starting with the Andar side. Once a card with the same value as the “joker” card is dealt, the dealer announces the winner, takes the remaining cards from the deck and shows them on the table, then collects the cards, shuffles them, and starts a new game.
SPECIAL CASES:
- Voided games (results). A game or its result may be voided if:
- the scanner cannot read a card, or the scanner readings do not match the card on the table;
- there are technical issues, including errors on the part of the dealer, internet connection problems, or technical faults in the studio.
- Errors on the part of the dealer which may cause a game to be voided:
- a card (or cards) is (are) marked or damaged;
- due to an error on the part of the dealer, a card (or cards) falls (fall) off the table or is (are) not visible on the screen;
- due to improper shuffling, a card (or cards) appears (appear) face up in the deck and the number (image) is visible;
- the dealer incorrectly scans a card (or cards) and as a result, the scanner readings do not match the card (or cards) on the table.
- If the results of a game are voided, all bets on the game in question are voided and refunded to bettors (settled at odds of one (1.000).
- Technical problems with the finance channel broadcast or an incorrect time being shown on the clock on the wall of the studio are not grounds for voiding the results of a game, and serve only as additional evidence that the game is being broadcast live.
ORGANIZATION OF THE GAME:
- Games are held live, 24 hours a day, with maintenance breaks.
- TVBet has the right to change the duration of the betting rounds in a game.
- Scheduled maintenance works are carried out every Tuesday (7:00–8:00 GMT +2).
