What are the benefits of quick registration?

​You can become our new player in less than one minute! You can use one of available deposit methods and make your first deposit! On temporary account you can play untill you reach certain stake limit and there is no withdrawal possibility. Check our T&C’s § 5.

How long my account can be temporary? When do I need to go through full registration?

​There is no time limit to start full registration. Using temporary account you won’t be able to make any withdrawals and if you exceed overall stake limit (5200 PLN), you won’t be able to use your account untill you go through full registration.

Can I use bonusses if I'm using temporary account?

Unfortunately most of our promotions are not available for temoporary accounts. If you want to use all benefits of LV account, please go through full registration.​

Delayed or postponed event. How the bet will be settled?

In such cases, the bet will be settled as canceled when the game does not resume within time specified for each sport, after alleged start of the event. (More information available in T&C’s section - Special Rules For Each Sport).

How can I file a complaint?

Is LV BET service licensed?

We are a legal bookmaker and we have a valid license of the Polish Ministry of Finance, to provide betting services in Poland. License PS4.6831.9.2016.EQK was issued on May 13, 2016.

Why my withdrawal was cancelled?

You will always receive an e-mail information from us, with the reason of cancellation. If you were taking a part in promotion, probably the requirements of turnover hedn’t been met. If you made deposit, minimal turnover should had been 50% of your deposit. How can I change my bank account number?

When my account will be verified?

​Usually verification takes no more than 30 minutes. However, if your ID photo doesn’t meet requirements of T&C’s, you will receive e-mail information from our verification department.

How can I use the multiplyer bonus?

​To use your multiplyer bonus you need to choose your betslip and activate multiplyer. To use multiplyer bonus on desktop device, you need to click green frame (Bonus) above the betslip and confirm the activation. If you use mobile device, you need to click on “sprocket” and choose “multiplyer win x”. Please remember, that multiplyer bonus can be use only in COMBI bets composed of at least 3 events, with minimal cumulated odd 2.50 and minimal odd of each event 1.25.
