How can I register on your website?

You can register on www.lvbet.pl simply by clicking REGISTER on the top of the website. Enter your details in the short form provided and confirm your email address. Once you sent your documents, your account will be verified within 15 minutes and then you can fully use our services.

Can I register more than one account?

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, each player may have only one account.

Why do I have to open an account to place bets on your website?

Opening an account before betting on our site is required because, by doing so, you accept the Terms & Conditions of our service and confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Do I have to make a deposit to be able to open an account on www.lvbet.pl?

I have forgotten my username. What can I do to retrieve it?

I have forgotten my password. What can I do to retrieve it?

Click the FORGOT PASSWORD button available in the top right corner of www.lvbet.pl. Provide your email address used upon registration and follow the instructions. Please also note that entering an incorrect password for 5 times will block your account for 1 hour. After that time your account will be automatically unblocked. In case of any queries you can contact us via Live Chat or by sending an email to [email protected] at any time. Our advisers will be pleased to guide you through password recovery process.

How can I change my password?

You can simply change the password when logged in, by clicking on your username at the top of the website and then pressing the CHANGE PASSWORD button.

How can I change my registered email address?

Due to security reasons you cannot personally change your registered email address. To do so contact us via Live Chat or by sending an email to [email protected].

I cannot access my account. What should I do?

Please, double check that the username/email address and password are correct. Also note that the password is case sensitive so make sure your Caps Lock key is turned off. My account is blocked. What can I do?

Can I change my Username?

Due to security purposes you cannot change your username.

I want to block my account for some time. What should I do?

Payments

Can I use more than one payment method to deposit in my account?

Yes, you can, but we may need documentation for any changes in payment methods to deposit in your account.

Can I transfer money between accounts?

In line with our Terms & Conditions, transferring money between personal accounts is not allowed.

Deposit

What deposit methods do you accept?

We accept deposits via Skrill, Przelewy24, Tpay, Dotpay, Paymenticon and credit cards. However, withdrawals will only be made to your bank account and to Paymenticon’s e-wallet.

How can I make a deposit?

Once logged in to your Player’s Account, open the “Payments” tab at the top of the page, then select your preferred deposit option.

Will I be charged any fees when depositing into my player’s account?

No, there are no fees for depositing into your player’s account.

What is the minimum amount that I can deposit once at the time?

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is 10 PLN. We do not charge you extra commission on deposits to your player’s account.

I made a deposit and it is not in my LV BET account. Why is that?

There could be several reasons for this, so prepare a screenshot of proof of deposit, with a visible transaction number to our service. Then contact us via Live Chat or by sending an email to [email protected] at any time. Our advisers will check status of your deposit and provide you with further assistance.

Withdrawal

How long does it take to receive a payout?

Each payout must be approved by our Finance Department. Typically, transactions are settled on an ongoing basis, but in exceptional cases - with exceptionally high payouts, processing may take up to 7 working days. In case of doubt, contact us on Live Chat or by email at [email protected].

What is the minimum amount I can withdraw?

The minimum daily withdrawal amount is 25 PLN. We do not charge you extra commission on withdrawals from your player’s account.

Can I cancel a withdrawal request?

You can cancel withdrawal request only if the withdrawal has not been processed by the Finance Department yet. To cancel it, simply click your Username at the top of the website and select PENDING WITHDRAWALS. Here, click the CANCEL button next to the withdrawal you wish to cancel.

Can I make a withdrawal from my account and have it sent to someone else?

No, this is not allowed under any circumstances as it is deemed to be a third party transaction - in line with our Terms & Conditions.

Technical informations

Why I cannot log in to my account?

Make sure that your username, email address and password are correct. Remember that your password is case-sensitive, so make sure the Caps Lock key is not accidentally pressed. The website is running very slow, what can I do to speed it up?

If you have been experiencing a slow connection, please note the following: having several browsers open, music programs running or downloading files can all slow your computer and/or internet connection. Your local internet service provider may also be experiencing lag. Sharing your internet connection within your household and in your local area can also slow your connection speed.

I am getting an application error. What can I do?

This may be caused by a temporary technical disturbance. We recommend clearing your browser cache, cookies and temporary files as well as restarting the browser. After doing so please try to access our webpage again and if the issue continues, kindly try another browser. Is LV BET service licensed?

We are a legal bookmaker and we have a valid license of the Polish Ministry of Finance, to provide betting services in Poland. License PS4.6831.9.2016.EQK was issued on May 13, 2016.

What is a minimum bet amount?

Minimum bet amount is 0.50 PLN.

What is Live Betting?

Live betting gives you the ability to predict the outcome of a sporting event and place your bet during this event. Compared to pre-match bets, here is a 5-10 second delay when placing bets, so as to maintain the accuracy of odds for transmission, which can be delayed.

Can I let someone else to bet from my account?

According to our Terms and Conditions, the player cannot share his account with anyone else for the purpose of placing bets. In addition, the customer should not disclose the username of his/hers player account or password. In the event that LV BET acknowledges that players are colluded, syndicate, or suspicious bets are made by one or more users within a short period of time, LV BET reserves the rights to cancel such bets, even after announcement of official bets’ results.

How can I place a combination bet?

To place a combination bet, add the events you’re interested in to the coupon. Then select the option “Combi Bet” which is at the bottom of the coupon to see the different bet options. All types of available bets will be displayed there. They depend on the number of events added to the coupon. Go to settings to make sure “Show All” is selected in the Bet Options. You will need to sign in to your account to see changes to your account. If the various options for creating coupons are not available, contact us via Live Chat or by sending an email to [email protected].

Where can I find my bets history?

You can find it by logging in to your player account and then selecting the “My bets” tab located in the upper right hand corner of our site.

Why was my bet canceled?

In very rare cases, LV BET reserves the right to cancel a bet - in part or in full - where: A) the result of the event was known before it was completed; B) bets have been submitted/accepted as a result of a technical error; C) There was an obvious error in the odds or betting offer. We can assure you that such cases are exceptionally rare.

My bet was settled as canceled, what does it mean?

A bet canceled means that the stake has been returned to you. If you are not sure why your bet was canceled, we recommend that you check this information in your betslip or in sports rules section. Your bet confirmation can be found in the “Betting History” tab. If you have any further questions, contact us via Live Chat or by sending an email to [email protected].

Can I cancel your bet?

When a bet is placed and accepted, it cannot be canceled or changed. We strongly recommend to double check your bet, before approving it. Also bets placed by mistake will not be canceled.

I placed a bet on event which was postponed. What will happen to my bet?

In such cases, the bet will be settled as canceled when the game does not resume within 30 hours after the alleged start of the event (this rule does not apply to tennis). You can find more information in the Sports Rules below in our FAQ section.

What happens to my bet if one or more events are not played/canceled?

If any event on your coupon is not played, it will be settled at the odds of 1.00 and you will be able to check this in Bet History. This rule apply to: A) single bet - it will be canceled; B) combi bet - it will be settled on the basis of events that have been completed. For example, if there are three events on the coupon and one of them is canceled, the bet will be settled as a combination of the remaining two events.

My bet was settled incorrectly. What should I do?

In such case, contact us with your bet ID (found in the Bet History). Our team will review the settlement and make adjustments.

How long does it take to settle my bet?

We always aim to settle bets as quickly as possible. However, some events require an official confirmation of the outcome before they can be settled, which can lead to minimal delays. We make every effort to ensure that all bets are settled within one hour of the end of the event and live bets as soon as the result is known.

Where can I find rules for sports betting?

The rules of sports betting can be found under the Terms and Conditions, in section Special Rules For Each Sport.

What is a system bet?

The system bet includes several combinations of individual (single) bets. This allows you to win a bet even if not all of the results of your bet are correct. Here are some possible combinations: You can choose a “3 from 4” system. This means that only 3 events out of 4 must be correctly selected for the bet to be won. If you place bets on 2 or more events, they will automatically be added to your coupon as a combi bet. At this point you can decide if you want to make a system bet. The number of possible system bets depends on the number of events on the coupon. The main difference between system and combi bet is that you can win a system bet even if not all your bets are winning. Of course, the more events on the coupon prove to be correctly selected, the bigger your win will be. For example, you can choose 4 events and choose to bet “2 from 4”. This means you make 6 bets because there are 6 combinations in this bet type that combine 4 events. A stake (1 PLN) must be put on each combination. According to the system bet, you win even if only 2 out of 4 events resulted correctly. The exact amount of the win depends on the odds and how many events you predicted correctly. Therefore stake of explained above system bet “2 form 4” will be 6 PLN (6 x 1 PLN).

Why I cannot place a bet?

If you cannot place a bet, in spite of all the necessary steps, contact us via Live Chat or send an email with your player account name, stake and bet type, to [email protected]. Our customer service agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

How much are administrative fees?

What fees? We do not charge any additional fees. Opening an account with LV BET is absolutely free.

How can I choose my favorite types of live events?

Select the Live Bet tab and then you can click on the star next to the event/team name. This way selected events will be added to your favorite events/games. You can choose as many events as you wish

I forgot my password or username. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, or your account has been locked out, follow the instructions:

  • Select the “I forgot my password” tab at the top of the page;
  • Enter your email address;
  • Choose password recovery option.

This way, you will receive a link to your registered email box that will reset your password.
